Worst experience ever with their centralized heating system that couldn’t be switched off , couldn’t sleep as a result and regret every moment I spent at this hotel
To add insult to injury , during my check out the employee couldn’t find my resrvatikn ad her colleague didn’t register my check in and started the process from the beginning.
Eskişehir is a great city to spend a day but not in this hotel

Everything was great, it should definitely be one of the hotels you first consider staying at.

Clean, centrally located.
The air conditioning settings weren't working, but thankfully the reception helped with the central system.
The bidet in the toilet was broken.
I was surprised that they charged an extra 700 TL for the gym.

The staff were quite welcoming, but the decor was a bit dated, and the breakfast selection was limited.

The room is located in the city center, it is very spacious, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options. Shopping and dining options are very convenient around the hotel.

Location is amazing. Close to a very crowded area with awesome sculpture located in the circle- walking distance. Make sure you catch the sunrise while you do your breakfast. Very artsy designed hotel, great architecture, clean rooms with friendly staff. Safe parking space. Totally recommended.

Everything was spectacular.
Ali bharan assisted us with a smooth checkout.
Ipek was very very helpful when we went to the spa facilities.
Although some of the staff couldn't speak English , they always found alternatives to communicate.
