We chose this hotel because we could not find a place during a busy season, but we would not have preferred it if it were possible. We know that it is a city hotel, but the hotel is quite old. The rooms completely absorb the sound of the outside, the insulation point is quite weak. When taking a shower in the rooms, the water completely spills out, and there is no air conditioning system in the room. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do if you are overwhelmed by the heat.
The breakfast is a big disappointment, the quality and variety is very low.
The only plus point was that the staff was friendly.

We had a meeting in the dining room on the upper floor, the food and appetizers are excellent, delicious and great prices, I think the hygiene is at a reasonable level and the service is very good. Many thanks to Mr. Aytaç, the department manager, Mr. Mustafa, the head chef, and Mr. Ramazan, who took care of us.
I repeat, if you want to dine alone with your spouse and family in an elite and high-class environment, accompanied by religious music, this is the place for you... Great!

Recommendation for those coming from out of town.
The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was amazing, everything was delicious and 4 4 servings. Thank you for your hard work

The location is in an amazing place. The rooms are clean. The tram is right in front of the hotel and you can reach anywhere in the city by tram, you don't even need to use your car. I would prefer to come again, but this time without breakfast. Breakfast should be improved a bit

First, I called this 3rd hotel because of the receptionists who made me cancel the first 2 hotels I called. The female staff at the reception were really helpful for my children and resolved my concerns. The hotel is clean, friendly reception, has a parking lot, is in a central location, my friends I recommended were also satisfied.

There is no sound insulation in the rooms. In the next room, television is watched non-stop until late hours. All sounds echo inside my room.

It is a hotel with a central location in Eskişehir. We were greeted very nicely when checking in. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is available but we did not take it. The only downside is that the rooms get a lot of noise. The sound of both the street and the people in the other room fills your room directly. Accommodation prices are generally high. Also, when the cat hanging out in the lobby wants to be petted, don't forget to pet it.

Location, service, friendliness and cleanliness made it a great weekend holiday for us. My favorite thing is that I can't get enough of the evenings spent at the terrace restaurant.

The employees think that the rooms are cleaned. The elevator is inadequate and it is very slow. It is impossible not to be stuck in a constant malfunction. The view of the restaurant is excellent. The breakfast is very good for such a hotel. Thank you very much to the friendly staff. They are very helpful.
