The rooms in the hotel are neglected. The door wouldn't close; it needed help to close. There are no problems with cleanliness, but it definitely can't be considered a good value for money hotel.
It looks like anything but a hotel.
There was a party organized by university students on the restaurant floor. Noise is acceptable, but it shouldn't be allowed to turn into a place where drunk people fight and make noise inside and in front of the hotel. I think the hotel needs to decide whether it's a hotel or a pub.

I always stay at this hotel for my business trips and I'm always very satisfied. The cleanliness, order, and quality of service are truly excellent. Zeynep Hanım and Emirhan Bey's attention, friendliness, and professionalism make my stays even more enjoyable. I would like to thank them especially. I definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are generally nice, with air conditioning that works. I think the radiators are working at night because it's winter. Breakfast was good, but it could definitely be improved, with new varieties, etc. The room overlooks the street, and it's very noisy (I woke up to the sound of a tram horn at night). But I can say this: don't be fooled by the negative reviews and be prejudiced; it's a very comfortable stay for 2-3 nights.

We chose this hotel because we could not find a place during a busy season, but we would not have preferred it if it were possible. We know that it is a city hotel, but the hotel is quite old. The rooms completely absorb the sound of the outside, the insulation point is quite weak. When taking a shower in the rooms, the water completely spills out, and there is no air conditioning system in the room. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do if you are overwhelmed by the heat.
The breakfast is a big disappointment, the quality and variety is very low.
The only plus point was that the staff was friendly.

We had a meeting in the dining room on the upper floor, the food and appetizers are excellent, delicious and great prices, I think the hygiene is at a reasonable level and the service is very good. Many thanks to Mr. Aytaç, the department manager, Mr. Mustafa, the head chef, and Mr. Ramazan, who took care of us.
I repeat, if you want to dine alone with your spouse and family in an elite and high-class environment, accompanied by religious music, this is the place for you... Great!

The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast was amazing, everything was delicious and 4 4 servings. Thank you for your hard work

The location is in an amazing place. The rooms are clean. The tram is right in front of the hotel and you can reach anywhere in the city by tram, you don't even need to use your car. I would prefer to come again, but this time without breakfast. Breakfast should be improved a bit

First, I called this 3rd hotel because of the receptionists who made me cancel the first 2 hotels I called. The female staff at the reception were really helpful for my children and resolved my concerns. The hotel is clean, friendly reception, has a parking lot, is in a central location, my friends I recommended were also satisfied.

There is no sound insulation in the rooms. In the next room, television is watched non-stop until late hours. All sounds echo inside my room.
