hello friends, the hotel was very bad, it was not a clean hotel. her breakfast was bad. their staff are very rude. I lost my bracelet in the room and I can't find it. for this reason, they treated me very badly. I've heard silly sentences that if you didn't have the room cleaned, you would have put the bracelet in the safe.

The best hotel to stay in Eskişehir. The attention of the lady at the reception was very satisfactory. Breakfast was open buffet like a 5 star hotel. When we asked for extra water etc. they gave it immediately. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect

I totally shocked - the temperature in my room near 30C degrees, and staff didn’t want to turn on AC. They said, that it doesn’t work. But why does hotel work, when in the room almost 30 degrees!?
