This was a really good place to have a holiday. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made it easy to just be here and rest, not having to worry about finding meals, and the food was really good and there was a lot of variety. The room we stayed in had no resemblance to the images of the room I saw on your website when I made the reservation... the lady at the reception told us that they never had such a room... how can you use those images?

I went to the spa for my birthday with my friends for a day of relaxation and we were given the Turkish bath and I must say the is experience was out of this world! The ladies that gave us the massage were so nice and very patient! We completely loved it and if we come back to this area we are definitely doing this again!

I had a great stay at the hotel. A big thank you to two wonderful ladies at the reception: Șeyma and Elif. :) They were both extremely helpful and took great care of me. I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

I definitely wouldn't give this hotel 5 stars. The room was dirty. The walls and table were stained. The floor was covered in spit and dried saliva. The bed was quite comfortable. That's definitely a plus. We didn't use the spa, so I can't comment on that. The breakfast was varied, but most of the items were stale, and the coffee was watery.

The air conditioner doesn't work and the hotel just asked us to open the window. The bathroom needs further consideration as when we use the shower, water flow through the bathroom's door. Room is tidy. Staff are friendly. Near industrial area where for convenient transportation for business traveller. A shopping mall nearby provides all the catering and entertaining needs.

Poor location amid an industrial area, difficult to access by public transport. Fixtures and fittings are tired and there’s little to do. Gym is ok at best and breakfast is good. Accessible from the metro station but a half hour walk away and there’s a bus stop within a ten minute walk.

It was in a central location, but the hotel was old and the air conditioning worked extremely poorly; it didn't cool the room. I asked for water and it took half an hour to arrive. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The hotel is very grand and impressive. It used to be a five-star hotel, but it seems to be being taken over by the InterContinental Hotels Group, so it might get even better in the future. The facilities are a bit old, but they are very clean and tidy. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Just had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Ankara! 🌟 Visiting in December was a great idea. Our room was enormous, the bathroom was really cool, and the bed was super comfy ☁️. The hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. You can go to Odun Pazarı and Sazova Park on a 30,40 minutes walk. There are a lot of groceries around the hotel. The only downside was that this room type was only available on lower floors, so it didn't get much sunlight and the air circulation was a bit poor.
