The spacious room is well-decorated and exudes a delightful ambiance. The breakfast was exceptionally fresh and delectable, making it an ideal place to stay in Ankara, particularly for business excursions.

I went to the spa for my birthday with my friends for a day of relaxation and we were given the Turkish bath and I must say the is experience was out of this world! The ladies that gave us the massage were so nice and very patient! We completely loved it and if we come back to this area we are definitely doing this again!

The overall cleanliness was average, but the pillows smelled like they'd been used before and hadn't been changed. We couldn't find a pen or paper to take notes. The hotel had an old feel. The staff was polite and friendly.

This was a really good place to have a holiday. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made it easy to just be here and rest, not having to worry about finding meals, and the food was really good and there was a lot of variety. There was a lot of entertainment at the hotel geared toward families and there were multiple activities for children all day...

It is big hotel with good breakfast.Front desk stuff is very helpful until you call for service which never came.Rooms are nothing special and not so clean.They offer just 2 towels ans hand soap.For almost $300 a night it is nowhere near worth it. I would not go again.

I was impressed by the decoration of the hotel, which is similar to the old Turkish palaces. From a price-to-value perspective, choosing this hotel at these prices is illogical. Charging for water just because it's in a glass bottle is ridiculous.

I had a great stay at the hotel. A big thank you to two wonderful ladies at the reception: Șeyma and Elif. :) They were both extremely helpful and took great care of me. I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars because the staff (and breakfast buffet and dinner) were so good. Unfortunately, our room was 26.5 degrees C/80 degrees F in November, the heat was going, and they told us we could not turn it down because the heat is controlled centrally all winter. The common areas in the hotel were a reasonable temperature, so I don’t know why our room was so hot.

I definitely wouldn't give this hotel 5 stars. The room was dirty. The walls and table were stained. The floor was covered in spit and dried saliva. The bed was quite comfortable. That's definitely a plus. We didn't use the spa, so I can't comment on that. The breakfast was varied, but most of the items were stale, and the coffee was watery.

It was in a central location, but the hotel was old and the air conditioning worked extremely poorly; it didn't cool the room. I asked for water and it took half an hour to arrive. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The hotel is very grand and impressive. It used to be a five-star hotel, but it seems to be being taken over by the InterContinental Hotels Group, so it might get even better in the future. The facilities are a bit old, but they are very clean and tidy. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room we stayed in had no resemblance to the images of the room I saw on your website when I made the reservation... the lady at the reception told us that they never had such a room... how can you use those images?

Everything is good, clean, comfortable bed, but except for the reception lady who was on duty on the Sep. 4th morning time, she standed on the left side on the front reception desk. Her attitude shouldn't be qualified for being a reception worker in a hotel, no smile, so rude to answer my questions. We paid and checked in on September 1st, and booked two nights more online from Sep.2nd to Sep.4th....

The hotel is perfect for families there are so many amenities for children, including a dedicated PlayStation room that kept our kids entertained for hours. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. You can go to Odun Pazarı and Sazova Park on a 30,40 minutes walk. There are a lot of groceries around the hotel. The parking area has many parking places. The room was spacious, clean, the wi-fi in the room was good. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of products.

The room was really nice! The bathroom even had heating, which would be very comfortable in winter. The only downside was that this room type was only available on lower floors, so it didn't get much sunlight and the air circulation was a bit poor.
