The friendliest staff I have seen in a hotel. Close to the slopes and a good ski rental and ski lessons shop as well. Would definitely recommend

Best hotel in sarikamis, this hotel very beatifull View, very friendly staff and manager,, good place also for skiing,,, comfortable place with loved ones🥰❤️❤️ for the Spa also excellent service with that’s treatments ,, can’t wait to come back very soon ❤️❤️❤️

The best Hotel I've ever found,,, this is the first time I'm here with a very comfortable place, beautiful views and very friendly staff, i get much Experience ,,,,and don't forget the SPA which is very good. can't wait to come back again!!!!!🫶🥰

It was a terrible experience. The lobby, restaurant and ski room was packed. The restaurant legally shouldn’t accomodate more than 50 people but there were around 400-500 people sitting face to face. Sometimes it is impossible to find a place. There people having their lunch and dinner in the bar. We warned the owner about axeeding the limit over 10 times, she took out the “max 50 people” warning from the wall. Besides, the food, service and variety of food options were quite poor too.

If you're seeking for an environment full of winter sports and spa with delicious cousine, Habitat Hotel is the right spot. We would have a nice winter stay in a cozy and warm family environment. Fireplace with friendly people is definitely extra, best in Sarıkamış.

Arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine keşfettiğim habitat oteli bu sene ikinci kez ziyaret ettim. Ve her seferinde güler yüz çözümcü yaklaşım ile karşılanarak her kış tatilimde tavsiye edeceğim yer oldu. Habitat ailesi bünyesinde bulunan Baran Beye ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum günümüzde insiyatif alarak görevinden daha fazlasını üstlenen insan bulmak zor kendisine başarılar diliyorum.

Liked: great authentic experience. Very close to all the dining options.
Did not like: You need to walk up steep stairs to get to the hotel and leave your car on the roads. Breakfast is disappointing.

Mr. Kürşat and Ms. Gülsüm the hotel owners were extremely hospitable. They went round to get to know all their guest personally. Understand that the wife also cooks the food. The food is so delicious. Different food each meal and its my first time trying Turkish food in Turkey and boy does it leave a lasting impression. Serkan the hotel manager is amazing. He speaks good English and is extremely helpful with our entire stay. Made our stay very pleasant. Well this is our first stop in Turkey and the hospitality shown leaves a good impression. Would definitely recommend the hotel!
