The room was nice and clean, the bin was broken and the bedding could have been thicker. We ate in the restaurant which was nice but the bar staff wasn’t very interested in his job. We were ignored for a while as he looked at his phone and chatted to another man. The waiter and food were both good. The reception staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious and varied. The hotel was very pretty with lots of decorations. I didn’t use the spa as it was men’s time but my husband did. It’s a shame there wasn’t a time we could use the pool area and swim together.

Elevator is not safe .3 small size men can’t fit in . Building old . Parking has many water leaking. Bed mattresses so old and poor quality.

The Grand Ani over achieves.
Rooms were everything we had hoped for AND the windows were operable, letting the lovely Spring weather inside.
Staff is superior and the restaurant is wonderful.
Remarkable breakfast!!!

Lovely hotel with a gorgeous Turkish Hammam and pool in a convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, with many suggestions on places to explore. Most sites of interest can be accessed within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working and the pool was closed.
Luckily the hamam and the massage were fantastic!

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff always helpful. Walking distance to Main Street filled with lots of dining choices. Amenities in the hotel are very good. I will stay here again. Thank you for your professionalism.

We had a terrible stay at Grand Ani Hotel.
I read the comments prior to my stay and they were positive but I have to admit it was not the case at all for us.

1st night, we arrived late. They put us in a room that had a terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere. The hot water in the shower was not working. We had only a blanket for 2. We called the reception, they told us someone will go up to take care of this, no one came.

The day after, I went to the reception to change room. They put us in a room that was way smaller compared to what we booked. The bed was smaller too. The shower had no curtains and we simply flooded the bathroom when we took a shower. They forget to change our room number and in the middle of the night a hotel employee CAME INTO OUR ROOM with another client because they checked him in into our room!!

The breakfast was good but honestly that does not compensate for this terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
