As an American citizen i never see any hotel like in Turkey, the all staff try to hit us , literally try to punch us because we ask why the breakfast is not ready at on time. They say breakfast is 7-9 am we wait 8:45 and a stuff finally shows up. When we told the manager that there is no stuff unil 8:45 he said we are lying and i told him its an hotel check your cameras then he said leave our otel now or he will punch us with my 70 years old mom!!! I write a letter to tourism and hospitality ministry a letter also wrote a letter To Turkish- American association about this hotel. You do not have safety first of all!!!!

Çok sevdiğimiz Sarıkamış’a bu sene arkadaşlarımızıda ikna edip uygun fiyat düşüncesi ile rezervasyon yaptırdığımız otele vardığımızda karşılaştığımız hoş olmayan süprizler sonrasında müracaat ettiğimiz White Park yöneticisi Melek hanım çabaları ile tatilin burnumuzdan gelmesini engellediği gibi bizleri dört dörtlük ağırladılar. Yönetici ve personele çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Otel konforu, yemekleri, hizmeti, personeli, spa hizmetleri, yönetim anlayışı ile bir tatilimizi daha White Park Otelde yapmamızı sağladılar. Teşekkürler.

Sarikamis white park hotel was the best! Everything was perfect, services, cleanliness, food, and the fun activities outside and inside the hotel. الفندق ممتاز من جميع النواحي خدمات، نظافة، الاكل والمشروبات.. والفعاليات ممتعة داخل وخارج الفندق للكبار والأطفال. Everyone enjoyed adults and children.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life! The personnel treats you like a family member, the food is fresh and delicious, a lot of options for vegans and vegetarians, not talking about meat lovers, the room service is impeccable, I never had to ask for anything. Another massive advantage is heated floor in the hotel room. I just loved it! What I like the most though is the people who stay at the hotel, friendly and all having the same vibe, even if you come alone just like me - you will make a lot of friends! Thank you dear white Park for a great experience and definitely see you soon 😍

Simply the best hotel in Sarıkamış, within walking distance from the Ski station, warm welcome and attentive service from the entire staff, visible management, there is smile and courtesy, rooms are clean with good amenities and daily water refill.
The food was fresh, tasty and really good.
We did not have the buffet, instead it was a set menu.
They have a Bar with a small but good selections of wine and spirits, of note to those visiting Sarıkamış, the Snow Hotel next door does not serve alcohol, so White Park Otel is the hotel of choice for anyone appreciating the finer things in life, i.e alcohol in moderation, after a long walk in the snow ❄ one need a whisky or wine to warm up 😉🙂
