We stayed 4 nights. It was a great experience. Spa and hammam facilities are also very good after skiing. It was very hygienic. Considering that it is a relatively new hotel, there are of course minor shortcomings, but we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend.
I stay for 5 days. It is a very stylish, very clean place, the food is very good. The sauna, steam room and Turkish bath are free and clean. Waiter Sinan is very interested, smiling and polite. The lady at the reception is incredibly kind and sweet; He was helpful in every way and he is an incredibly friendly person. Even though they are new, their service is almost flawless ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
We stayed at Yakupoğlu Hotel during our 4 night ski holiday. The size and view of the room was perfect. Mr. İmdat, who took care of the cleanliness and deficiencies of the rooms, was very helpful. Their employees are very helpful and smiling in every way. It is very close to the ski center and they take you by car whenever you want. It only takes 1-2 minutes. We would like to thank Mr. Ahmet, who has been shuttled between the hotel and the ski resort in this way all day. On the evening of the day I hurt my arm, he personally took me to the hospital and the pharmacy.
Our restaurant & bar experience was also very good. Mr. Sinan is very interested and ready to help when you have the slightest deficiency. He has a very professional demeanor (in a good way). There was a lot of variety at breakfast, generally 3-4 different juicy dishes, rice/pasta, some salads and desserts, unlimited water and tea are available for lunch and dinner. Other alcohol and beverages are chargeable.
Although it is a new hotel, we did not encounter a deficiency that would ruin our holiday. It was not a problem that hot water did not come from the bath in a stable manner, we used the hot water that came in a short time and left. Sauna and steam room work very efficiently. The pool was under renovation, we could not use it. It was not a problem for us.

First of all, from the moment we entered the hotel, we were met with a rude attitude by the gentleman who was given the title of manager at the reception. We kept being directed to other people to solve our problems while the so-called "manager" was there. Our group of friends was 12 people.
On the evening of 16.02.2022, we were the only ones at the hotel and because there were no other hotel customers, a limited number of meals were served as if we had not paid the same amount. However, it was supposed to be a buffet. The next morning, although it should have been an open buffet concept for breakfast, we had another disgraceful experience. They put a few fake things on a plate and put them in front of us. The next day, when the customers came, very good dinners and breakfasts started to appear. It was as if we were not 12 people… For a hotel that has just opened, on the contrary, they should have provided a perfect service to gain customers, but such bad service was really a pity…
In addition, even though it is full board plus, they kept asking for a fee for the water.
Only Ahmet Bey was good about the hotel.

It was a hotel we preferred for our snow holiday. Employees were friendly and caring. We did not have any problems with the distance to the runway. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. As for the food part, it was absolutely mediocre. Even though it was their first season, the food was pretty bad. The number of varieties was low. We couldn't make anything special especially for breakfast. Evening meals were mostly vegetables and the variety of desserts was very limited. Finally, there was an incredible sound coming from the room doors. Of course, this is the carelessness of other guests, but hotels preferred for snow holidays should usually have carpeted floors because the sound echoes in the corridors. I hope they fix these shortcomings. Then they will be a 4/4 hotel.
