Resmina Hotel in Van

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant one. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor—like mildew or something worse. I opened the windows, tried the air conditioning, even sprayed some of my own perfume, but nothing helped.

Dirty rooms, dusty surfaces,mould in the room

I politely informed the front desk, hoping they would offer a room change or at least some kind of solution. Instead, the staff seemed uninterested and borderline rude. One of them shrugged and said the hotel was “fully booked” without even checking. No apology, no concern, just complete indifference.
For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and a respectful attitude from the staff. Unfortunately, I got neither.

I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I visited this hotel but immediately decided to book somewhere else because of the receptionist’s extremely rude behavior. The way they treated guests was unacceptable and unprofessional.

If this is how they welcome people, imagine how bad the stay would be.

There is a hotel opposite them cheaper And better.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, the service was poor, and the staff were unprofessional and rude. The environment is not safe for women, and personal guest information was shared without consent. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

Never seen such a bad hotel in my life. Room has no mini bar, toothpaste or tooth brush or any other personal care. Dusty ground and bugs in the bed. You won't see room service anytime. I wouldn't come back to this place after all.
