The location is great, close to city center and away from the main street, so it does not get so loud.
Unfortunately the room I got was smoked heavily inside although was a non smoker room.
Breakfast was fresh and good.
The lamp installed inside the room is too dark, can get annoying if one has something to do at night.
The internet connection is unstable and slow.

First of all, the hotel environment was very family friendly and this matter was very important for me who is married and was looking for a safe and comfortable hotel to rest during the trip.
The facilities and benefits of the hotel were impressive. It has a good location. The hotel staff are polite and friendly.
The hotel management was excellent.
The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and sheets were good.
One of the most important options, especially for Iranians, is the presence of free and unlimited tea on the first floor of the hotel.
The temperature of the bath water was warm and for me, who was staying in this hotel in winter, it was very pleasant.
The price was affordable and the amenities were good, and I recommend staying in this hotel.

This hotel has hot water and has good receptionists such as Mr. Ali who knows persian language.

We stayed for twelve days. The staff were very nice and friendly. They helped us a lot. The breakfast was varied and good. The rooms were cleaned regularly. It had a good heating system. We really enjoyed it. I would like to thank the whole complex and hope to see them again. Also, the people of Van, who were very nice and kind people. With hope for more success

Incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and very warm, the free breakfast is delicious, there is free tea in the shared lounge area and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They also speak English (especially Ali who was extremely helpful and friendly). This hotel is amazing value for the price. We have paid much more at other hotels in the region and received much less. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

I had booked it well in advance but when arrived they said there’s no room available and sent me to another hotel that was inferior. Came back in the next morning for having breakfast but it looked so poor. it’s better to eliminate the breakfast and moderate the rooms prices

Worst hotel in my life
I found ants on my bed and showed them a video, but the staff didn't say anything. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I've traveled a lot, but this is the worst hotel I've ever been to in terms of service and hygiene.
If the video had been uploaded, I would have been able to see the ants exactly.
