Comfort Hotel Van in Van

I stayed at this hotel for three days starting on 23rd December 2025. Despite my repeated requests, the staff took away the air conditioner remote control and did not return it. As a result, the room was extremely cold. The radiator/heater was not warm at all, and even with blankets, the room remained very uncomfortable. Never again.

Second, whether it is for one night or 10 nights, you who claim to own a hotel must always provide the guest with the best accommodation conditions. Do not deliver the room dirty and without equipment. You have an illusion that the guests are satisfied with you, otherwise you would not delete critical comments on Instagram. Most of your satisfied guests are either those who have never seen better hotels than yours, or they are your cup of luxury. I didn't expect you to vacate the hotel, but I expected you to give me a clean room with the facilities you advertise.
