What we particularly enjoyed was the one hour of private time in the spa area, which the family could use daily. The pool was pleasantly cool, and we were lucky enough to have it almost to ourselves. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in our room was delicious and completely relaxing.

Highly Recommend The hotel is exquisite. Staff is friendly and always ready to do anything to make your stay pleasant. Their food is to die for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Nice breakfast and dinner, rooms cleaned daily. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The indoor one is thermal with quite hot water. On a negative note, the overall condition of the rooms isn't great. We were unlucky enough to have mould in the bathroom, stone covered toilet and not so clean water tap. 3 stars only for the rooms.

Nice hotel in the city, not so big but you can feel a warm hospitality since the first time you check in at hotel. They also provide a buffet dinner for guest daily. They have a big banquet place in garden behind the Hotel. Recommend for a short trip guest visiting the city. Coz surrounded are nothing in this area

Renovated change rooms clean thermal and cold water swimming pools are excellent for daily users and hotel quests... I enjoyed very much...

It's not a five star hotel or high quality rooms, but it's decent,cozy and clean. You can rent a room for 25 lira for an hour.

Very nice turkish Bath, thermal waters for health benefits! 20 TL/ hout for private Bath . Can be busy in the weekends.

I use the hourly thermal bath when I get a chance. Clean, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. If you forget any sundry items, they are available in the mini store. 👍

The hotel is suitable for those who have children in terms of calmness, but I stayed for 2 days. Me and my friend were travelling in the area, and we chose to stay in this hotel because it had good reviews and strategic position. The rooms are very cleaned, the hotel service is very effective and the structure it's very nice. Unfortunately we came during COVID-19 time, so we couldn't use the thermal bath, but overall it was a great experience.

The entrance is nice, the Suite we had for 6 People had some problems, leaking shower tray, one of the toilets had a few issues, quite poor Decor for the price, some peeling paint. It is a fine hotel. Facilities are real cool and clean. Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

It is very beautiful place to visit i have go there every year

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

İ didn't use the SPA center and the Hotel, İ had been there to obtain information therefore midskale is given and as you will see the price list of the spa center is high compared to the region purchasing power

The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Receptionist were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our family friend who complained that their room smelt like sewage, we had read reviews about some rooms having a bad smell but hoped it was a rare chance occurrence.
