Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kazdaglari Thermal and Spa in Gure

We called in this morning to make a reservation to use the spa facilities for day. They told us we were able to come with 6 men. When we arrived we weren't allowed in because we were with 6 men without women.

Don't waste your money here! Nothing matched the standards of a 5-star hotel, even though the hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms and all the common areas lack refined taste and need a big renovation. Although most of the staff were friendly they weren’t qualified enough for good customer service. Overall the food was barely edible. Everything was either tasteless or too oily. no vegetarian main course option was available. the breakfast was poor both by Turkish standards and continental breakfast standards. we asked at an open BUFFET BREAKFAST for fresh juice but it was extra. tea time was a disaster; there were poor quality pastries and when everything was finished after 20 minutes there were no replacements. There is no minibar or complimentary tea/coffee in the room for pandemic reasons yet the chaos during the open buffet dinner time was a complete disaster. This hotel should not have the Ramada name or the 5 stars!

The dinner buffet is not tidy and presentable. Cold and insufficent main course. Room telephones are not working due to an infrastructure failure Bathrobes are diffetent feom each other. Staff are friendly but that does not save the day.. :-( Overall this experience is far from satisfactory.. Wonder how the breakfast will be. I’ll let u know if it gives me delight. Overall lacking corporate harmony...

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. The suite was dirty. Bed sheets were stained. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Doorknobs were broken. Food options were limited. Dessert was good. Service is slow and sometimes you have to call twice or three times. I did not enjoy my stay there and I don’t think I’ll ever recommend a Ramada hotel to anyone.
