This hotel is in the exceptionally positioned to serve and please its guests. We stayed there three days. I can start with Miss İpek Zeytlnci in the front office. She is amazingly friendly, smiling and doing more than expected. Hotel serves breakfast and dinner. Unbelievably delicious food is served.; real versatile gourmet Turkish and International food mixtures. Cold dishes and deserts. Restaurant staff led by Mr. Sedat Bübül, chefs Mr. Mustafa ve Miss. Beyza Hatun are real professional, friendly. I would recommend this hotel everyone worth no hesitation. Mehmet Gungor Lives İstanbul. Turkey and Orlando FL USA

Huzuru ve oksijeni hissetmek icin mukemmel tercih aile olarak cok keyifli vakit gecirdik. Tesis cok kaliteli,yemekler lezzetliydi. Lokasyon harika şelalere yakin gideceklere tavsiyemdir. Seneyede insallah buraya gelmeyi dusunuyoruz. Cocuklarimiz icin cok fazla aktivite vardi burdan hepimiz cok mutlu ayrildik.

Sürekli gittiğimiz bir otel ve her defasında güler yüzle karşılanıp uğurlanıyoruz ,şimdiye kadar hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık ,bizimle beraber gelen arkadaşlarımız da memnunlar ❤️ sakin butik otel tarzı olması çok güzel kalabalık ortamlardan çok daha seviyoruz biz 🫶🏻

You don't want to be treated like that!

- when we checked out the passports were not given back to us - because we did not need them in the next hotel, so we did not need them at first BUT they lied! trying to reach us by email or phone what was NOT TRUE! so we got in big problems

- Service was unfriendly and the receptionist is a LAIR too, telling you to get the room cheaper respectively one night but then after a few time lying that he never said that! Better recording everything next time!

- booked the biggest room with jacuzzi (just because of that we booked it) which was broken but we had to pay the same price

- no good wifi

- breakfast good but lunch and dinner horrible! just warmed up food- bacterias multiply there yeah

SO all unfriendly LAIR

Stayed back in March for a weekend with friends. Ramada standard good quality rooms 👌🏻 It is a family hotel so you may want to avoid weekends and public holidays. The Spa facilities were okay, not everything was available, maybe because we were there off season. The hotel has a lovely garden where they grow their own greens and herbs and they serve them at the buffet. The dinner buffet was really good especially the mezes, excellent hame made taste ♥️ the breakfast was poor compared to dinner . Maybe in season they have more fresh ingredients for the breakfast. We liked the service overall. The surroundings are beautiful; you can explore villages , beach , local markets . Highly recommend the property 👌🏻♥️

A really beautiful place if you want to relax and taste quality food. I recommend you spend a weekend there. The facilities are excellent and the staff really adorable.
