A really beautiful place if you want to relax and taste quality food. I recommend you spend a weekend there. The facilities are excellent and the staff really adorable.

Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

This is a very friendly and wonderful hotel. All the staff listened to us sincerely to fulfill our requests. It is very beautiful place to visit i have go there every year

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Receptionist were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our family friend who complained that their room smelt like sewage, we had read reviews about some rooms having a bad smell but hoped it was a rare chance occurrence. A cute, spotlessly clean boutique hotel where we stayed as a family between 20 and 24 August. It is a place you can choose with peace of mind when you come to Akçay. The breakfast is richer than you can find in many hotels. The employees are respectful and ready to help at any time, especially thank you once again to Mr. Yılmaz at the reception.

What we particularly enjoyed was the one hour of private time in the spa area, which the family could use daily. The pool was pleasantly cool, and we were lucky enough to have it almost to ourselves. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in our room was delicious and completely relaxing.

The entrance is nice, the Suite we had for 6 People had some problems, leaking shower tray, one of the toilets had a few issues, quite poor Decor for the price, some peeling paint. Me and my friend were travelling in the area, and we chose to stay in this hotel because it had good reviews and strategic position. The rooms are very cleaned, the hotel service is very effective and the structure it's very nice. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower. Without an elevator, carrying heavy suitcases up three floors was challenging. The heating was inadequate; we had to rely on an electric heater that turned off automatically, so the room was always cold when we returned. Overall, it was not worth the price.

Affordable place with affordable motel beach

As the name of the motel, the bed and breakfast is by the sea, but when you want something salty for the price, they bring it right away..

Owners are very friendly and approachable. There is a direct pass from the hotel to the beach. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is stony. There will be sand ahead. Rooms are not in good condition. There is a tiny electric plug for hot water in the bathroom. I can't remember the name. Let's say the little geyser. There is no warmth in it. It's burning. The sheets, towels, and bathroom were clean, but there were dead mosquitoes stuck everywhere on the walls and cupboards. I think if it had been properly cleaned, they would have been removed as well. Other than that, we liked that the rooms opened directly onto the garden. The price-performance ratio was good.

A lovely, charming hotel. Located in one of the most beautiful parts of Altinkum and very close to the beach, the hotel also offers excellent hygiene. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. Its location is within easy reach of most of Akçay's attractions. It's a great place to stay for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located on the coast of the Aegean Sea, with beautiful scenery. It is a resort town in Balıkesir Province, Turkey, located between Çanakkale and Izmail. The room is OK and clean, equivalent to a holiday farmhouse in China. The owner is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, and the price-performance ratio is high.

Akçay Hotel good but a bit tired, need updated bathrooms otherwise good

This was our first visit to Akçay. The hotel was very nice - clean, amazing breakfast and the swimming pool area is perfect. I suspect the property is a bit older but they have kept it up to date nicely. There was a problem with the drain from the air conditioner, but i handled it myself and it was fine. Onsite parking is a big plus, especially as we visited at a very busy time. Would stay again.

The hotel is located in the most active area of Akcay and it surely have a lot of nostalgic elements. The breakfast are very nice and surely feel more Turkish than most other hotels that offer basic bread spread.

Our plan was for 1 night, the children loved it, we stayed 2 nights as a family in the duplex bungolav. There is a hammock in front of each bungolav. Ms. Lütfiye is sincere, running around, taking care of all requests. .There is no parking problem..Breakfast is sufficient, but definitely ask for Kuymak as an extra.. The price is quite reasonable in today's conditions..

The hotel is in a very good location. The beach is close and during the night there are a lot of little stores to buy souvenirs or other stuff. The room is very clean and beautifully arranged same as in the pictures here in Maps. The staff is quite polite but their english is poor, still we managed to understand each other. I strongly recommend this hotel.
