Room was spacious. I stayed here for my work trip for 7 nights and bring along my 4 months old baby. The staffs there were so helpful although only few of them can communicate in english. Ms. Karaqat really helpful, she arranged hotel transfer to the hospital when our baby had fever. Mr. Eğemen also helped us checking in and out smoothly. Love, from Malaysia 🇲🇾

Both staff Egemen and karakat are very friendly helpfull. They help me and wife for transportation to Hospital for my baby fever and also help to store baby ice pack for milk since my wife is breastfeeding my son. Besides, they also help us to order taxi to go to train mamaray when we want to go to Istanbul. Hotel service on point and very pleasant stay. Love the variety of food served in the breakfast. Hope to come again for their hospitality and their kindness towards us. Yet, the boss also greet us. Hotel near to restaurant convenience store and mall call gebze centre. Ok thats all bye bye. Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾

In love with this hotel. The location is good, near the Gebze center. The staff is just amazing. Very friendly and helpful. It’s been 5 years, that we’re visiting this hotel and I’m pretty sure, that we’ll be back again.

Lamec Hotel - good as advertised
No complaints. Location was ideal for what we needed. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would use this hotel again without hesitation

It was the worst service that I had ever seen. The front desk guy is disrespectful with bad manners, frowning and talking in a bad way that I really didn't appreciate. The room smells sleep and dirty sheets, I had made a reservation for 4 nights unfortunately I had to do the check out the next morning and change the hotel .
Despite the problem that my husband mentioned that you lied to him when he made the reservation that he should pay only breakfast and tax fee and when we arrived to check in you asked for the double price annd deny that you have never said that, and yes unfortunately your service is zero that is not a way to talk to a customer , that front desk agent has no hospitality and tourism manners. And for the smell I didn't bring it up from my mind, please check the comment of one of your previous clients who also mentioned that . And please don't lie to people it's a shame .

Very clean! Safe, sanitary, clean, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and can speak English, and will help call a taxi.
