I stay in this hotel for straight 2 days and I could say I enjoyed every single moment of it. Nice location, beautiful view and clean rooms. People who working there are polite, friendly helpful. They helped us on multiple cases so thank you!

We arrive late and we giving room with no air-condition win we complain after more than 1 hour the change the room and the air condition was not working also. This hotel is 2 star maximum not 4 star

Reception could be a bit more professional and friendly, except one girl who was trying to help.
Also please get someone who speaks proper English, this is a Hotel…

No one knows anything about the laundry, we had to ask 4 times to get the prices and working hours etc. And when the laundry lady finally came, she kept on telling us it’s expensive so you might not be able to afford it…...???

Air conditioner not cooling at all.
And no proper blankets were given as well.

Only good thing is the bathroom and the pool.

We stayed as a family. Especially the suite rooms are a wonderful place with a view of the sea and the pool. They even brought the evening tea from the teapot to the room. Thank you from the double royal hotel manager to the staff.
