Good location worse customer service and room quality, Air conditioning does not work have complained many times in my 7 days stay every time I asked them they said technical issue and never fixed.
Breakfast is not good aswel no fresh fruits, yogurts and juice is horrible and so sweet unable to drink only location is good nothing else I will not recommend anyone

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Our safe didn’t work and due to the language barrier and just having surgery, I didn’t ask for a different one. I assumed putting my money under the mattress would be safe in my own room at a 5* hotel. I came back to my room to realise one of the staff (housekeepers) had stolen £430 from me in cash. I made a statement and was told it would be taken very seriously. The next morning I went to do my makeup ready for my flight home and my makeup had been stolen too!!!
Again, I was promised this would be dealt with and I would be refunded. As soon as I landed in the UK, I got an email from the hotel saying they take no responsibility and very rudely told me I had nothing stolen.
If you want your belongings stolen whilst you’re vulnerable - then stay here.
Also the hotel smells disgusting. There is mould in the rooms. Air con doesn’t work. Bedding was filthy. Floors were filthy. Maybe because the cleaners are too busy thieving from guests to clean!!!
Can’t express enough how bad this hotel is and to stay far away from it!!
