This is our second time staying at this hotel, and its location is fantastic. However, when we entered the room, everything was filthy. The toilet, the bathroom, the sheets (sandy). We went and bought bleach and cleaning cloths and started cleaning everything, but I said, "We're on vacation, not for cleaning." So we explained the situation to the 20-year-old female employee who works at the ice cream shop and tries to manage both the shop and the hotel. She apologized profusely, saying she couldn't keep up with the cleaning because she was alone. She asked us to wait about an hour and cleaned the room, but that room needed to be cleaned from A to Z. There was dirt everywhere. Instead of keeping the hotel price so cheap, if you hired one more staff member and added 2000 TL to the daily rate, you would have both satisfied and happy customers. I'm talking about 4 rooms, 4 tiny rooms. If the room cleaning is like this, what must the breakfast be like? We didn't even go down for breakfast one day. You can't run an ice cream shop, a restaurant, and a guesthouse with only 2 or 3 people in total. It's a shame for the people.

This is my go-to boutique hotel when I come to Gökçeada for business trips. Everything is perfect: cleanliness, location, hygiene... Also, Ms. Ayşe is a very helpful and hospitable owner. I owe her a debt of gratitude.

A lovely and clean guesthouse we visited two weeks ago. The staff are friendly. It's in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. The prices are reasonable.

Hello, first of all, the location is right in the center of the city, making it easy to get everywhere. The 1+1 apartment on the top floor was clean and spacious. However, considering it's a hotel, daily cleaning should be provided, but the fact that they said they only offer cleaning upon request wasn't pleasant. I was bothered by having to call and request cleaning every day, so I only asked once. If you're providing hotel services, cleaning should be done upon check-out, or at least it should be stated. At least provide cleaning supplies so we can do it ourselves next time :)

Cleanliness was satisfactory. However, the friendliness of the employees and their helping you are a different matter. Not everyone on the island can behave the same. We stayed by purchasing the packages that included breakfast. Don't raise your expectations from breakfast too much, but they offer a sufficient level of breakfast. They give this service in a cafe right in front of them. In general, we stayed for 3 nights and left satisfied. Thank you Ayşe and her team.

We stayed over the weekend. Due to its location, it is convenient to go everywhere. It was clean and beautiful. The breakfast served was very nice. I recommend it to everyone. The owner, Ayşe, is smiling and interested.

I visit Gökçeada at least once a year with my family. I have stayed in many hotels. On this visit, I was curious about the newly opened Marmaros Boutique Hotel and did research on the internet. The energy of a place is very important to me. When I saw the images of Marmaris Boutique Hotel, I chose it because I immediately felt warm. But the energy of the hotel is much more beautiful than in its visuals. The owner of the hotel, Ayşe, is a very caring and polite lady. It gets hot as soon as you see it. I will prefer it on my next visits. It was a great experience. Everything is very beautiful. The room was designed with the comfort of the visitors in mind. Thanks, see you next year.

The hotel is newly opened. It is very clean and the service is excellent. Ms. Ayşe, the owner, takes care of her guests one by one. You can have free breakfast in the cafe opposite the hotel. The cafe has unforgettable tastes. I have been coming to Gokceada for a long time. This is the first time I have stayed in such a beautiful hotel. They see those staying at the hotel as guests, not as customers. Thanks to all the staff, especially Ms. Ayşe.
