A great place for a short stay while visiting Bursa. It’s simple, but has everything you need for a good night’s rest. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Orhan welcomed me warmly and professionally, making me feel at home.

If you like convenient location and good food, you can definitely choose to stay here. The Green Mosque is right outside the window, and there are countless delicacies hidden in the two old streets behind, such as lamb trotter soup, desserts, grilled liver, and Turkish coffee. The only drawback is that it is next to the road and it is not quiet at night, so light sleepers will not sleep well.

Booked a room here for family and they enjoyed their stay. Walking distance to attractions such as Galata bridge, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. Walking up the road to the hotel after a whole day walking was a little hard for the kid, but playing with the cats in front of the hotel made up for it. Breakfast options were minimal for them.

Great location – right next to the T1 tram stop, everything is convenient and within walking distance. Good breakfasts and friendly reception. The spa doesn't provide robes, the rooms are very small, and they're very cold! There are no radiators, the air conditioning is off, and it doesn't provide heat.

We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it! There was no shampoo at all just body wash! Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying. I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs.
