The location is amazing as I have stayed here before, unfortunately no AC in the hotel and the room cleaning was not done to a high level, with the bathroom bin left on the toilet seat and no complimentary water left.

Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

It is very beautiful place to visit i have go there every year

It’s fantastic place for a holiday, no matter the season - it’s good in winter and in summer. The food is fresh and diverse. There is free WI-FI everywhere and enough parking places for the cars. SPA centre is with very hot water and is suitable for people, who don’t like cold water. The outer pool is cooler, but still warm. The service is perfect. I would like to go again with my family.

The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Receptionist were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our family friend who complained that their room smelt like sewage, we had read reviews about some rooms having a bad smell but hoped it was a rare chance occurrence. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very clean, and well located with a 5-10 minute walk to the train to take you into the city Centre. There are great restaurants also close by, a new fancy area to go out. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of choices for kids.

The hotel itself is lovely with brilliant staff who were always welcoming and helpful. However, the central air conditioning was not very effective, and I often woke up during the night feeling too warm , the same issue affected my family. Nice relaxing spa resort although a bit pricey by Turkish standards . To book a room is pretty expensive although once you’re there the restaurants and treatments are more affordable. Lovely hamam, indoor and outdoor heated pools are all free so you don’t have to spend a lot once you’re there . Like all Turkish places just wish everyone didn’t smoke all the time , even in the cafes which I find disgusting

I was staying in this hotel with my colleague for exhibition which is hosted in the building nearby (less than 2 minutes walk) with good choices of restaurants. Issues: 1. My room was clean but my colleague found cockroach in his... 2. The AC unit did not work properly, weather was hot (20+C) and AC was blowing hot air! They could not fix it so we went 3 nights without AC which affected our sleep...

It's a great location right in front of the station. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items. It's a bit far from the tourist spots, but it was a very nice hotel.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in is this one. It is not luxurious, but it is practically comfortable. Nice hotel in a great central location near eateries, bars and sites. Close to good transport links. Room was a bit hot at night and it was noisy with the window open. Shower wasn’t great. Jazz bar looked enticing but drinks were a bit pricey. Service was good and housekeeping was great, providing ergonomic pillows on request.

The hotel has a good location, but overall it does not feel like a 4-star property – more like a 2-star by US or Asian standards. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes not providing shower gel, only shampoo, and just one towel for two people. This is the closest hotel to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of local specialties. Plus, it's right next to the airport terminal, so you can just walk there.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and there were cats and kittens in the garden of the restaurant! The only thing I didn't like was the air conditioning unit in my room, which was a bit weak and the room got very hot at midday. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would stay there again.

Overall a pretty great experience. We knew what we were coming to, they advertise exactly what it is! They are used to any odd request at housekeeping and room service, English varies depending on the individual but they are very kind and happy to assist. Shout out to Esma for being so helpful with the room service and running to get whatever we needed while recovering from surgery!

I got here because my flight was delayed, and this hotel was assigned to me for overnight stay. The room was spacious and decent; although I’m a solo traveller, I was given a 3-person room, which was great. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant. The variety of food was very limited and some dishes were not hot enough.

The hotel had decent breakfast, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. However the gym was absolutely terrible, it needs refurbishment and new equipment. The treadmills didn't work. If they can invest in a better gym it would be 5 stars for me.
