I am first time at this hotel, and I was impressed by the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. In the room there is a shower and bathtub, first time i am seeing that in the same room

Also by walking from there, easily can go Galata bridges, Taksim etc. The hotel is in front Pendik Sahil (beach and walking zone)

The front desk was super efficient, and check-in was lightning fast! The room was clean and tidy, with branded toiletries. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it was perfectly fine for business trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to Marmaray train station, only few minutes away, so you don't need a car to go to Üsküdar or Sirkeci station, where's Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque or other in known places nearby

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

Swimming pool is very big, indoor and outdoor. A little away from the Europe side of the city Center, but one cone walk to the metro station, 10 min away and it takes 20 min to get to the heard of tourist locations

They directed us to an incredible hotel buffet breakfast that had everything you could ever want. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and had fantastic views of the pool and sea

There's an outdoor swimming pool, and the hotel's back garden is right next to the Bosphorus Strait. Sitting on the swings, gazing at the beautiful scenery and palaces, was truly a wonderful experience

Afternoon tea and fruit were provided, and the mini-bar was complimentary. The breakfast selection was abundant; there wasn't enough to try everything! The service was attentive, and the experience was excellent

A luxurious and elegant hotel, it felt like staying in a palace. After 6 pm, you can walk from the hotel to visit the adjacent Chela Palace. The hotel bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep

The room is small, with a sea view on the side, on the second floor, the breakfast is average, the service is average, not as good as expected. The swimming pool is by the sea, very beautiful. Upgrade

The hotel has a fantastic location right on the strait. We were upgraded to a sea-view suite, which was reasonably spacious and had a great view, but the bathroom was small and didn't have a bathtub

The palace tour that Nasiba from the front desk took us on made my daughter and me feel elegant. The indoor pool was beautiful, but the water temperature was a little low and it was cold

Some of the staff is fantastic! The ladies working at the indoor bar and poolside bar were excellent. They were the only ones that spoke great English and didn’t get frustrated with attempts to speak Turkish

Very helpful frontdesk. Rooms are clean and they upgraded us to seaview room. Breakfast is amazing just be sure to pay what is quoted here instead of their list price.

Great location in front of the sea, 20 min walking from a busy area with a lot of restaurants and shops, I was in the 11th floor when the marmara earthquake hits Istanbul, it was so safe , they told me it could handle an earthquake of 8 degree, breakfast was good , for people love to walk it's great place

The only downside is that public transportation isn't very convenient; taking a taxi would be easier for getting around

All good, nice big room with a great view. Very good bathroom. However the room is named sea view, should maybe named side sea view as you can only see the sea from the left corner of the room.

Everything's good! JW Marriott is located in the Atakoy, close to the Marmara Sea, very peaceful, safe, and modern, where you won't see the noisy tourists and eerie ******* when stay in the Taksim Square

Staying in a sea view room allows me to sleep in the sound of the waves--I fall asleep as soon as I go to bed every day

The only downside is that the hotel's breakfast is just so so, a typical Mediterranean style, very healthy, with a wide variety of honey, olives, cold dishes, and delights, but there are fewer deeply cooked foods and meats, almost only a variety of eggs (like OMLET) to choose

I know is necessary but there are no welcoming smiles for guests. The decor is Orientalist exuberance in swirls of blue and cream, marble, porcelain and Chinese landscape repro wall paintings

The rooms are not the most spacious but are cozy and elegant, some features a nice terrace with amazing views. Also, you can see plenty of cats in front of the lobby entrance in the evening :)
