I wanted to use the indoor pool, but it was under renovation and therefore unavailable. I believe Trip.com should provide such information in advance. When I asked about the indoor pool at check-in, the staff simply told me that I could find it by checking the elevator signage, which was unhelpful. This was my second time staying at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul, and it was just as spacious and comfortable as I remembered. I loved the sea view, and the hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Taksim Square and the airport bus stop. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful family surroundings, prime location and excellent services

Booked for a business trip, the hotel was quite clean and very close to my work location. The only downside was the breakfast, which I didn't care for.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, with a metro station and shopping street nearby. It's surrounded by other nice hotels, offering views of the Bosphorus. The breakfast is a rich, international spread, and there's an executive lounge. The swimming pool is outdoors. Taxis are easily accessible, and there's also an airport shuttle stop.

The airport shuttle's final stop is right at the hotel entrance. This is my second time in Istanbul, and after comparing it to other hotels nearby, I'd say each has its pros and cons. This one is very convenient and quite good, with a reasonable price.

You can enjoy beautiful scenery here; it's a quiet and comfortable resort right by the sea. There are a few restaurants downstairs with great food, though it's a bit pricey. Breakfast is plentiful.

Approach to the sea and commercial center.

The location near the sea is very comfortable, so you can play by the sea when you go out.Breakfast is very rich.

The Hotel location and team were great however the worst issue that air conditioning unit in the room was no control so we couldn’t sleep well during the three days we stayed. I will never try to book the hotel again.
