My experience is delightful. Helpful staff and would recommend for those who loves lush green place, chirping birds inside park and near sea shore. Those who have kid/s, it's amazing place as they will have lot to enjoy.

A great hotel for it's price. There is free breakfast, although it is not cooked, and is simply buffet with vegetables/appetizers on bread. Also it's positioned right by night club, so expect a strong bass if you booked room on lower floors. Still, it's price, position and service make up for it

The service and attention were sufficient. Smiling faces, etc., and amenities are sufficient; you don't need much else. The equipment, hygiene products, etc., are all complete. The smart TV, air conditioning, and hot water are all working perfectly. The breakfast is extensive and filling.

We were just passing through, so for that price we shouldn't be too demanding. A one-night break was acceptable. Right in the city center, all the shops and malls are nearby. We were driving, and there was a car park near the hotel (100m) (150 tl / 24h)

Good basic hotel. Clean but small rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy walk to the train station and lots of basic restaurants. Tough to find a place to park. I only gave it 4 stars for facilities because the shower vent did not have a cover.

The hotel is located in the city center of Izmit. It is a bit old and run down, so from this point of view it needs improvement. You have a small fridge and AC in the room. The receptionist was kind and changed the room to get a quiet one, with light working. There's paid parking in front of the hotel on the street, but you have a cheaper ottopark a few hundred meters away in a multi-storey parking...

Izmit visit The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The most positive aspect is that it is close to the bus stop and tram to the airport.

We chose this hotel based on the photos and the low price. In reality, it turned out that the hotel and the room were very old and dirty. There was a lot of smoking in the room before us, although the order was for non-smokers. The smell of cigarettes and alcohol in the elevator and room. We had to not use the shower and sleep in our clothes for fear of dirty bed linen

We stayed as a group of three men. It was a clean and nice hotel. The staff were very helpful. We chose it because it was affordable and close to the bus station, and we were very satisfied. On the negative side, the restaurant and nightclub below the hotel are very noisy. If you go there to relax or need to go to bed early, you might be disturbed.

The host was very kind and helpful. This is a budget hotel so expectations weren't too high. A double room costs 200 TL. Unfortunately the rooms smell of smoke as smoking is apparently allowed. In addition, the rooms were a bit dirty. Breakfast is not offered. But it was enough for one night.

Very affordable for the price. We took two rooms. Both were very clean. All three employees we saw were very polite. I can't comment on that as we will be leaving before breakfast time. The room has air conditioning, TV and mini fridge. Standard hotel room. It has no parking. However, there are parking spaces on the street of the state hospital opposite. 1-2 minutes walking distance from the hotel...
