Good location, close to amenities

The hotel is very nice, the room claean and comfortable, the located from the bus station also near, and strategy from Mall centre and restaurants around, but unfortunately i can’t get my include breakfast because already close at 10.30 and without any confirmation from me sinced i checked in, So with disappointment I missed my breakfast which I had already paid for when making the reservation.

Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was generally quiet. There weren't many activities. You can have a good time in the lobby bar, accompanied by the fireplace. Our stay was fantastic overall, with just a couple of minor hiccups. The overhead shower wasn't working, and the handheld shower was a bit too low for comfort. Plus, the water temperature fluctuated quite a bit.

The beach is right outside the door, the gym has a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended!

It is city hotel, good quality for that price . Check in takes time . Otherwise everthing is okay.

The room is good not wow. If there is a wedding you will hear the music in your room until 12 am. The receptionists are very rude. They didn't even look at you if you came. No one helps you to take the trolley of the bags! We pushed it ourselves to the rooms!

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Staff is very helpful and professional. Room was clean, breakfast was excellent. Also swimming pool and spa area was nice. Kocaeli is noisy and busy city but we didn’t feel it while staying in this hotel. If we should come to Kocaeli again, definitely only we will choose this hotel.

When I booked my stay online, I couldn't see any options for breakfast or other meals, so I wasn't able to select them. Upon arrival, I informed the front desk staff about this. I was then charged an additional fee for breakfast, which amounted to a quarter of my total accommodation cost. I found the whole breakfast situation to be quite unsatisfactory.

It was a spur-of-the-moment vacation, especially since I have a small baby, so cleanliness and warmth were important to me. No ventilation at bathroom at all

Broken shower tap, water not draining in the shower tray. Had to change the room on the 2nd day. New room bathroom door was not closing so had to adjust the brackets myself because the screws were loose. One of the shower tray’s door was missing in the new room 🤔.

I booked a non-smoking room. However, they gave me a room very smelly room, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I had to talk to the receptionist, and they changed my room the next day. I encountered another problem at the hotel. I parked at the parking lot at night, and in the morning, I was trapped by two cars I couldn't get out of, but thank God the receptionist helped me.

It's my go to place whenever I visit İzmit, lovely staff with great hygiene. I highly recommend it

Nice hotel for short stays. The breakfast is good but there is no variety. Unfortunately the rooms are very sensitive so you can listen to the conversations. In the restaurant on the 4th floor you have a nice view over the city. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant is very friendly. The food is good and inexpensive.

I used a hotel search engine and got this for 200TL ... Bed and breakfast. Have to say it was excellent value. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor and a nice kebab restaurant next door (ocakbaşı). Take your choice... both are very good.

I imagine the property to once be an amazing hotel but found it to now be a little tired & maybe in need of updating. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, especially the young lady at reception. Pool looked amazing but for me the room was a little hot but thats just personal preference. Over all a fairly nice stay thank you all.

There was no dusting or proper cleaning.. wifi didn't work.. the television didn't work and the bedding had holes in it.

The double room only had one towel and one pair of slippers. We had to buy them later. The shampoo and shower gel in the shower cubicle smelled very, very bad. It was absolutely nauseating. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were friendly.

The best features of this hotel are its proximity to several restaurants and eateries and the buffet breakfast, which was limited but sufficient. My room was comfortable, but I would not call this hotel 4-star. It used to be. It is a bit worn down and is now a 3-star. Staff were friendly and helpful, though.

it's a good place to stay. New and clean. Parking available. But kinda far from the city center. There is a tram line 10 mins walking distance. I really recommend it if you have a car.

Good location, normal rooms. The pool which is on the pictures in the website does not work. Be careful about the air... There is a petrol station and a car wash too close to the entrance of the hotel and its windows. The air smells of petrol :-(
