Excellent place to stay. Great Customer Service.
I come to Izmit for work all the time and I am constantly looking for a hotel to stay in, I try different hotels.
1. There was a very, very heavy smell of cigarettes in the room, obviously accumulated over the years. It permeated everything, it was literally nauseating. When I went down to the reception and told them, they said they would not help because there were no other single rooms. He asked why you didn't tell me up front, but even a smoker might want to stay here.
2. The gym was one of the reasons why I made a reservation here, but when I went down to do sports in the evening, the night manager told me that the gym belonged to the hotel next door and was closed because there was no staff. So I couldn't do sports either.
3. The breakfast was prepared in advance and the amount was limited. The heat wasn't too much. I can say it's okay. Don't have high expectations.
Generally, there are many hotels in Izmit at these prices, it is recommended that you stay somewhere else.
