The hotel staff are friendly, and the lobby is spacious with welcome fruit, coffee, and bottled water. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the layout is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

The staff was incredibly great and helpful. The suit was clean and fitted me, my wife, and our two kids perfectly. All our requests were made very quickly. The breakfast was more than good; it was perfect because of the staff’s smiles and helpfulness.

It's okay. The hotel generally looks well-maintained. It was a bit noisy because it's on a main street. Having balconies in the rooms was a plus. Upon checking in, we were initially directed to a used, uncleaned, messy, and dirty room. After reporting the situation, we were called back downstairs and given a key card for a different room. The soaps in the bathroom weren't single-use, which is not hygienic...

Above and beyond, outstanding and amazing hotel. Quite clean room and comfortable bed, friendly stuff , affordable price, nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

The milk was not fresh. My colleagues and I both had diarrhea after eating it.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding. Check-in was smooth. We had the suite room on the top floor, it was huge. Bed a great size and very comfortable. The shower was warm and had a good pressure. Breakfast nothing special, just some pastries. Nothing exceptional but for a good price we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend this hotel to others.

The pillows were very thick and hard. At midnight, I couldn't stand it and asked for another pillow from the reception, but I was told that all the pillows were the same. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of the TV in the next room in the morning, the sound was clear as if the TV in our room was on.

The location is easy to find. Parking is available right in front of the building. Breakfast is buffet-style and surprisingly diverse. Five kinds of cheese! The quality of the breakfast outweighs any other options. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting my son. Overall, it was very good. Breakfast was delicious, and coffee was made promptly. The service was good, and it was close to shopping centers and the bus terminal. They also helped me book a taxi upon check-out. Thank you.

One of the hotels I've been to is one of my favorites.. I stayed with my friends. They give entertainment with DJ performances in the evenings in the restaurant sections and they provide a really relevant and nice service. The morning breakfasts were also quite tasty and varied. thanks..

Very friendly staff, quiet, large and clean rooms. Parking available right in front of the hotel entrance! Directly opposite is a clean, good restaurant with local dishes. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection and a pleasant, large dining room. Overall, very satisfied.

You can sleep here. Air conditioning, TV, breakfast, normal beds, basic room service is here. But dirty floor, not working some lamps, leaking shower cabin, empty fridge.

this hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center. right under the hotel is a migros. and 1 minute walk away was a local supermarket, butcher, baklava shops etc. the service was efficient and everyone was friendly. we ate dinner here and also had breakfast buffet. food was... meh. the ramada tekstilkent breakfast buffet was far superior. but the hotel was great overall

We stayed 2 days ago with the family in this hotel, during our transit. The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. The rooms look like new and the showers and toilet were spotless, these are very important subjects to me and my family and I guess to many people also. There was a very small issue but this was taken care immediately and appropriate by Mr Baris. You can sense they guard there quality...

Smelly and noisy room, everything smells of cigarettes. We opened the windows as fresh air is really needed and slept with earplugs to cancel noise from outside.

The room was spacious, very good for us traveling with a baby. The bed sheets were clean, as well the room was tidy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, greeting us in a welcoming way. The hotel is very conveniently located and we'll surely visit again.

Not recommended Our first room was smoked. Per our request, staff changed the room to 3rd floor, no elevator. Room was clean, but bathroom window and shower stall had moldy sealer, a shocking. Bed was too soft and sagging, not comfortable. Location was okay, for the small city. Breakfast was very basic, Staff was friendly, but I don’t recommend it.

Nice location in downtown Ismail at reception is so helpful But its not quiet you can hear morning breakfast plates and noise in rooms and hallway They offer free lentil soup at night at kitchen lobby for guests.

I've been here for more than a week and I can confidently say that I've never been more pleased with a hotel than this, the rooms are amazing, the decors is beautiful, the service was spectacular, big thank you to Melek, seda, Mariam and khadija for their major help with the accommodation and for their welcoming vibe, I can't recommend a better place. (And their amazing coffee)

Definitely one of my best stays in Turkiye! Everything was perfect just like how they advertised. The room was great, the breakfast was nice and the people there were all super nice and very helpful. Location-wise, it’s just a 15 min walk to Mavi Durak, the hot spot, and so many restaurants and marts around too. Please consider this hotel if you're coming to Sakarya/Serdivan. Love from Malaysia!
