The milk was not fresh. My colleagues and I both had diarrhea after eating it.

Its an amazing hotel with very friendly staff and atmosphere. The rooms are small but everything else is nice. The price is very good. I loved my staying in Nalaa....highly recommended. Also it's location is great where you have restaurants and supermarket at a walking distance.

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding. Check-in was smooth. We had the suite room on the top floor, it was huge. Bed a great size and very comfortable. The shower was warm and had a good pressure. Breakfast nothing special, just some pastries. Nothing exceptional but for a good price we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel with a very helpful and kind personnel, especially at the front desk. Rooms are routinely cleaned. a delicious and varied breakfast. Highly suggested.

The room was dirty, near to emergency stair which was blocked and garbage stored near.
The corridor is noisy due to maintenance going on to the some of room.

I spent a week there and I feel like a home, their staff was so helpful and amazing. I get everything whatever I ask from the reception, they were really kind and humble. Rooms were the best and clean. Provided delicious breakfast every morning.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff - especially at the front desk. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Delicious breakfast with diverse dishes. Highly recommended.

Not a real 4 star. Uncomfortable beds and rooms, not enough wardrobe or clothes hanger, one chair for two people, bad breakfast, no wheelchair access, no makeup mirror etc.
