Bathroom ceiling was little moldy, cables were poking out the walls and in general was not that tidy
It probably was a 4 star hotel at some point in time, but that seems to have passed

Terrible experience. The room was extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep because of disgusting smell. Old furniture, broken doors, smelly bed sheets. But the highlight was rat trap, that we found under our table with “POISON” written on it. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. Never again

Bad hotel and doesn't deserve four stars. First, the reception is weak and their system is weak. Help yourself and carry your bags. The location is very crowded and spacious. The parking lot behind the building is a small, dark courtyard. This is considered a ghost hotel. Unfortunately, I got two family rooms for 375 riyals each, and they are not even worth 150 riyals if you rented in a better hotel for the same price. The room is dirty and broken, and the furniture is worn out and not clean. The breakfast is very weak, only sometimes with some extras. I advise no one to take it or rent it. They do not cheat the four stars.

The property is OLD building with good location, but the Reception Staff Mr. Naji Was very cooperative with every guest, trying to help you by all means, this type of staff should be promoted and encouraged always.

Very friendly staff, quiet, large and clean rooms.
Parking available right in front of the hotel entrance! Directly opposite is a clean, good restaurant with local dishes. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection and a pleasant, large dining room.
Overall, very satisfied.

Our family really liked everything. Friendly staff who helped us solve some problems. Great location. The room is comfortable and cozy. If u. s lucky enough to visit this town we will choose this hotel again.

The room is too dirty and bathroom smells so bad, we weren’t able to sleep due to bad smell, dirty beds and noise coming from other rooms and corridor 🥺 1 star for good breakfast and Wi-Fi
