I stayed at this hotel twice last year and was satisfied, but this time I'm leaving with dissatisfaction. It's completely messed up. I don't know what caused it, but it's gotten worse. Their problems are none of our business; we didn't stay for free. If you know how to take money, you have to provide good service.

I don't usually write negative reviews. This isn't a hotel; it's practically a hostel. They're oblivious to basic service rules. The staff look unhappy. It's an unhappy and restless hotel (hostel). It's clearly poorly managed. It was clearly initially opened with a budget, but it's quickly becoming worn and worn. I'm sure there are more comfortable and peaceful hotels worth the price.

A beautiful hotel in Sakarya. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed being there. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. I would appreciate if they improve the AC system.

One of the better hotels in this range. Nice rooms, nice dinning area with tasty food. Location is basically center of Sakarya downtown with bunch of bars and restaurants around. If you happen to be in this area I would definitely recommend this place.
