Overall a great hotel. Dining staff had great service and paid good attention to our requests. Service technician, however had poor service standard. Our room had a window with a bad seal, requested for a technician to look into it, waited for 1 hour and nobody came. We went for dinner and nobody come to service even at night. The best part of the hotel is the location of the ski room and the lobby. The lobby is different from the reception at the entrance, it is so beautifully integrated with the slopes and the main attractions of Uludag that you can have a nice time in good or bad weather. Great location with its own ski lift. The staff were friendly, attentive and super helpful. On first appearances the hotel seems outdated but the dining room and bedrooms were warm, cosy and recently refurbished. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was plentiful and delicious and the kind staff couldn't do enough for us to make us feel at home. It is in the perfect location to access ski hire, lessons and the lifts. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Uludağ.

We love this little hotel, very authentic and old school, totally awesome. The service was amazing, the location is as far as we are concerned, the best. You are literally right by the teleski and have access to Beceren as well.

Very nice hotel overall. It’s not new, but well-maintained and very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food is great. The location is very convenient, although the infrastructure and the facilities of Uludag ski-resort itself could be much better. The ski lifts are really outdated.

Location is perfect and close to the chairlifts. Quite a small hotel but quite ok to stay here and convenient. The staff are nice, especially the doorman.

Stayed there for a few days, the food was amazing and the bedrooms had a great view of the ski slopes. The staff were very friendly and understanding especially Mr Gulkan for his constant help throughout our stay there.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in the second last week of January. We arrived early at the hotel at around 11am and was given a room on the 1st floor. The room was like a tiny store room with a smelly bathroom, and extremely disappointing with a window overlooking something unsightly. Nice place to stay in. unfortunately and as usual the staff don’t speak English. they don’t pay attention to small details which can make remarkable differences. for example we stayed during hot summer days and because they don’t provide fans we forced to open the windows and we were under mosquito attack because they don’t provide window wire screen. very tiny details can make huge differences.

Honestly better than I expected. Newly renovated spacious rooms with all the amenities you need, the location is in the Sarıalan teleferik station so there's a few things to do around. There was hot running water even when it was -4c outside. They have their own restaurant which had a good breakfast.

All was great and amazing.. will do again.. 2 things to improve.. bathroom quality and size.. also allowing local campers nearby the cabins was noisy in the late evenings and also made us feel a bit unsecure with them just a few meters away across a tiny fence

Very comfy hotel. Very supportive staff. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The only point that needs to be enhanced is the English fluency among the staff.
