Overall a great hotel. Dining staff had great service and paid good attention to our requests. Service technician, however had poor service standard. Our room had a window with a bad seal, requested for a technician to look into it, waited for 1 hour and nobody came. We went for dinner and nobody come to service even at night. The best part of the hotel is the location of the ski room and the lobby. The lobby is different from the reception at the entrance, it is so beautifully integrated with the slopes and the main attractions of Uludag that you can have a nice time in good or bad weather. The hotel is in a very nice location in the 1st region in front of the ski slope. The ski room is inside the hotel, after putting on your clothes, you can get on the chairlift after 10-15 steps and go up. We visited Kaya Uludağ Hotel with our family for a winter holiday and had a wonderful experience. The service quality was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay. The ski slopes were also very good and well maintained. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. It was simply tremendous. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world. The staff was so friendly and helpful which I would like to send my regards to all hotel personel. We will be visiting Kaya Uludag every year from now on.

Had an amazing experience with my family recently on December 2025. Went here for the winter and snow activities and everything is just stone throw away. They offered full board package so we didn’t have to worry about our meals for the entire stay.
