Be careful at this Hotel.
I had contact before for the Pethotel which they told me is beautiful with Spa and more. When we arrived it was just a room with a Place where Pets can stay, but not even done builded.

We have a Waterbreak in our Room, the hotel was not able to give the Same or better Room as Replacement, so I canceled my stay at 2 midnight and had to drive back home. Now 2 weeks later they tell me, I won’t get back my money cause it is my fault, cause I don’t want to stay in a smaller room with my daughter and my wife. They legally trying to scam my 52.200 Turkish Lira off me.

Very unprofessional, inexperienced young team of employees. Sad for this hotel that now my Lawyer need to get in contact with the police to get the money back.

Good food, friendly restaurant staffs and good location in general, but the reception staff wasn't attentive at all. We asked for a glass of milk for our baby and need to call 3 times (and still they didn't deliver it to our room) my wife ended up going downstairs to get it by herself. Check-in process was also slow. I stood up in front of the reception for 30 minutes (and they kept attending to other guests who came after me that were asking for other stuff that was not more important OR speaking to other staff member though they know I am there in front of them).. they should definitely improve their cust service. I wouldn't come back to this hotel, solely based on the slow service and inattentive staff.
