Kaya Uludag in Uludag

The hotel has beautiful views over ski mountain. Serkan did a great job with Check-in and helped with information. He speaks very good English. I usually don’t give 5 starts but because he was nice I make an exception. What I didn’t like: Music noise until 01:00 am when I called front desk told me they have life music in the cafe 😫 I asked for high floor when I booked online not given. No tissues in the room WhatI liked: Amazing view Ski from first floor with lessons for beginners like me of course you have to pay for everything You can rent ski gear. Food is great all inclusive. The overall experience l enjoyed a one night stay in this hotel.

Very nice hotel and with family having a great holiday especially in snow season while the kids play outside in different activities and inside in the kids club, and the whole staff were very helpful and support all the time and provide anything guests need.also, having all inclusive package with great food and drinks all the time.

The hotel is great located in the mountain next to skiing activities and hotel service are great specially the restaurant and cafe staff you don’t even need to ask for anything they are always around asking to offer you drinks/food everything

We enjoyed the stay,,, everyone is so welcoming, Sekran the Guest relation, and all the Restaurant and the Cafe team… The room is cozy and super warm… the food is amazing… it is one of my best vacation… We were lucky with the snowy weather as well…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Kaya Uludağ! We had an absolutely amazing time at Kaya Uludağ. The snowfall was magical and the snow sledging was so much fun—especially for the kids! The heated swimming pool and the hammam were a perfect way to relax after a day in the snow. We also celebrated my birthday here, which made the experience even more special. Everything—from the ambiance to the facilities and the all inclusive concept —was wonderful. We truly loved every moment and would highly recommend Kaya Uludağ for a perfect snow getaway.

Serkan guest manager is a very good person and very polite and very polite,the food was amazing and the staff also,for sure we will comeback again.n,We have unforgettable moment here,

Rooms Large, clean rooms, hi tech tv, nice bath, water sometimes may change temperature but our friends did not experience that. Sprinkler (two) and sensors in the rooms. Easy to find fire exit. Nearby activities Has a ski room. Live music is extremely good. If not wrong the artist was Serkan Uzunoglu. Creates a very warm atmosphere. Safety Two sprinkler in the room and a sensor (fire or smoke i guess) Walkability The lifts work very fast and the lift to guest ratio is high so you get the lift max two seconds after calling. Food & drinks I should write a lot about this section because we loved the food. Especially 5 pm tea time offerings are beyond words. (Now im writing this while having that) very nice breakfast, good lunch and dinner. We got as much as fine vines. Noteworthy details We will never look for another hotel. Extremely good price/luxury ratio. Very warm employees. We came as a family and also our friends. Everybody had a very good experience.

The atmosphere at the hotel is apparent from the moment you walk through the door, lots of friendly smiles from the staff. Who are helpful and spoke good English. The food at the buffet was incredible, fresh produce and a hood variety. Room was spacious with a comfy bed. We will be back again in the future. Thankyou

Very good service and attentive staff. Rooms and facilities are decent. Meters away from the pistes. Food variety is more than enough. Child friendly hotel. The only thing to bear in mind is the rooms facing mountain side are exposed to late night music.

It was a wonderful stay, one of the best hotels i stayed in ever. This was a family trip. Everything in the hotel was wonderful rooms,service,staff, waiter, employee, and food. I will definitely repeat this again. One of the best things in this hotel is easy access to slope ,acessability for skii equipments and training. Hospitality resilience and flexibility are among the best properties that would encourage me to repeat staying apart from cleaniless
