This hotel is amazing for its location. Slopes are very easily accessible. Rental of equipment and training was also very smooth
We had a stay for 2 days, on a full board meal plan. It was amazing.
The room was good - Spacious and clean.

The hotel has recently changed hands, so the rooms have been renovated. However, it's an old hotel, with an authentic mountain hotel feel. First of all, everything was clean, the bathroom had been recently renovated. The room walls had been renovated. The room furnishings looked old but were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good and tasty, but soft drinks were included for a fee :(, only tea and coffee are free. If you'd like some constructive criticism: The bed isn't very comfortable, it could be replaced. The valve and hose under the bathroom sink are visible, and a suitable bathroom concealment could be installed. There's a lot of noise coming from the corridor to the room. This needs to be addressed (covering the floors with carpet or something else would be a solution).
Overall, it was an enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights on January 19, 2025, and it was truly excellent. We were greeted with a very friendly welcome at the reception desk. They were very helpful in every way. The rooms were very clean. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was a pleasure to have hot drinks at any time. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all the staff, including the reception staff, the restaurant staff, and others, for their friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, and the view is beautiful. Watching the sunrise from the window was a delight. My daughter and siblings and I had a wonderful winter holiday experience. The hotel had a very bad smell inside. We couldn't even stay in the room for 10 minutes. We asked and they said it smelled in other rooms. We were not satisfied at all.

It was my first choice for a snow holiday. We were greeted with the friendly and smiling faces of the reception staff upon arrival. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We were greeted with friendly staff upon arrival. There was a family atmosphere. We also had the opportunity to spend wonderful moments on the hotel's own ski lift. I can't wait to experience this again.

First of all, the location of the facility is great. Our room was overlooking the ski slope, which made us happy. We liked the hotel's food very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We left with good memories and made a reservation again for this winter at FAHRI OTEL. See you soon..

Great location with its own ski lift. The staff were friendly, attentive and super helpful. On first appearances the hotel seems outdated but the dining room and bedrooms were warm, cosy and recently refurbished. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely recommend to friends.

Hotel is definetly overpriced, room with strong moisture smell, very limited breakfast, poor quality coffee. Most of the staff were not friendly. Definetly would not recommend!
