I can say it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I kindly asked for only two glasses from the bar part of the hotel, the relevant staff said that we can't give them without even looking at our faces. As if I am not a guest of the hotel, but a beggar from outside. We asked the reception to have a glass of water from the bar, the staff in charge of the bar said bring it back immediately, in that rude manner. I was shocked, we didn't make a sound, we lowered it. The cleaning was already quite mediocre, the floor, especially the sink, was only kept silent from the top. We chose it because it was among the most suitable hotels in that location, the hygiene part might have been overlooked, but the treatment for a glass was awful. If you want to feel a little valuable, listen to your head, be greeted with sincerity and smiling face, you should never, never choose!!

By far the worst hotel I have stayed in in Uludağ. Dilapidated, terrible design. The only perk is the kindness of its staff.
