Every holiday, we choose this place, and it never disappoints. The location is fantastic everything we need is just a short distance from the hotel. The service is exceptional, and the staff truly stand out. A special mention goes to Selmah from the cleaning team, who is always incredibly friendly and attentive.

In the center, close to everywhere, clean rooms, large breakfast, delicious view, magnificent. Thank you to everyone. If I come again, I would prefer it for 3 days. I was very satisfied. Definitely try the pancakes for breakfast. Also, the omelets should be with cheese. Great. Thanks for everyone's efforts.

The air conditioning system in the rooms does not work, if you want to freeze and get sick you can stay, we stayed for 2 days on 17.10.2017 and 18.10.2017, they said that there is a central heating system and they could not heat the rooms and they made fun of us by saying that you can warm up with blankets, we do not plan to stay again in any way. I would like to say to those who are planning to stay that you should be careful about this issue and if you do not want to go to sleep with a sweater and wake up in the morning, there are more attractive hotels.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful in every way. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel's central location made it very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this place!

We saw it by chance in the center, we were really pleased, the view, the location is very nice, a little noisy but normal because it is in the city center, the rooms are very big, very clean, the breakfast is appealing to the eye and delicious, very diverse, the staff is friendly, thank you very much.

With its location, breakfast, spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, it is simply wonderful. Thanks to everyone who contributed, also the view is magnificent in the renewed restaurant, it is very close to the beach and shopping malls, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is very diverse and delicious.

The Grand Karot hotel in Yalova, Turkeye is a hidden gem with clean large rooms with view of the sea, boats and seagulls. The staff is very courteous. The best feature is the grand breakfast which is the best we’ve ever seen with a variety buffet style as much as your heart desires. The lead server, Ms. Yasimin speaks English, German, Turkish and some Arabic. A super friendly lady we enjoy conversing and learning little about Yalova. We had coffee, with natural honey after breakfast. The view from the restaurant oversees the Marmara sea and downtown Yalova. This hotel we think is the best value for your stay In Yalova. Enjoy

Old but well kept, excellent location. Guests must request to see the room before paying otherwise they put you in a small room then ask for additional $ to get a bigger room, restaurant staff are good, especially Yasmen
