I liked the location of the hotel . I didnt like service.
Peace be upon you. I stayed at the Adana Pınar Elite Hotel for two nights. Everything was excellent. They took excellent care of their guests and answered every question with a smile. If I ever return to Adana, I would definitely choose this hotel.
Centrally located hotel with well-trained and well-staffed staff. The hotel staff is well-trained, with a positive and constructive approach. Room cleanliness is decent, but hygiene is lacking. For solo travelers, its budget-friendly and central location make it a good choice.
The place was nice. We just passed through so we didn't stay long which was ideal. Rooms were clean and basic and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good stop over hotel.

Excellent value for money, highly recommended.
It is nice and green hotel with swimming pool, but the staff is not friendly and not cooperative
Standard rooms get recently renewed and it was a good value for what you pay ... the swiming pool was clean and big enough ...
The location was not good though
When the mosque opens it is very nice to get to PORTOCAL and eat. The staff are great
The room was not bad. There is an air conditioning, a safe and a cheap minibar but the bed was not comfortable. Also the breakfast was good. However, the location of the Hotel is realy bad. It is not far from the city center but there is nothing around hotel and, in my opinion, the streets look dangerous.

Location is really good. Many spots can be reached by walking. Restaurant close to hotel, Onur Döner is really good. Unfortunately, own parking area is limited.
They over few parking space, make sure you call in advance to reserve the spot.
The room on the 1st floor ( second floor actually) are non-smoking rooms. We requested upon arrival and they change the room to non smoking for us.
The staffs/ concierges are very professional and giving you immediate response when asking.
Sound proofing can be better.
Facilities: good
Health: good
Environment: Not bad
Service: Yes
Good-sized room and everything worked although I struggled to control the shower, it wanted to shower the wall not me, the fitting allowed it to move too easily. Good varied breakfast.
güzel
oda temizliği fena değildi, tabii ki daha iyi olabilirdi ama rahatsız etmedi.
Açık büfe kahvaltısı güzeldi.

The hotel provided a great experience with excellent service and a friendly, welcoming staff. The breakfast area had a beautiful view, and the self-service breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of items.
The rooms were decent, and although we encountered some issues, the staff was responsive and resolved them promptly. The only downside was the lighting in both the room and the bathroom, which...
Clean rooms. Bad sound isolation. Friendly people. Rooftop breakfast room with great view. I suggest it for the stays on the northern side of city. Good price performance ratio.
The rooms are clean but unfortunately the air conditioning doesn’t work so great so it was really warm in the rooms. However, the view is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully! The staff is really helpful and friendly, and while we were eating breakfast we were presented with a complimentary pan of scrambled eggs from the chef!!
Adana hotel stay
Parking was difficult as there isn’t any. The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. The door to the room was very hard to open and much force was required. The room was not 100% cleaned, there was toilet paper and old slippers under the bed .There was no sheet on the bed just a blanket.
If it is clean, I would give this condition a 4-2.5
The staff is very attentive, the terrace lake view is perfect, the breakfast is ***meat enough, the interior and exterior design of the hotel is very nice but the sheets are torn and smelly, I guess no one has seen the air conditioning filters since they were installed, be prepared for a serious dry throat, the room smells of mold and cigarettes,...
Breakfast is amazing
We really enjoyed this place. It was really okay and everything was good. I couldn’t find any fault. The views are beautiful. Their breakfast is on the top of the roof. Beautiful view very clean too many options for breakfast. Very friendly service. I Cannot recommend enough

The hotel is well located and the staff was nice and helped us park among the chaotic Adana traffic. All was great, except the bed of the double room which was too small.
We were well received, good location, positive experience
Good hotel in the center of Adana.
Beds are clean with new sheets and covers! Great cheap place to catch sleep at night! A.C works Pretty well-important in Adana weather.
Pretty prime location so adds convenience to visiting landmarks of Adana or catching bus!

Adana Trip for a Single Person
The hotel is within walking distance of attractions and, if you don't have a car, is in a great location for easy access. It's not a secluded, deserted area full of meat. The cleanliness was excellent, and you could relax without worrying about the food being dirty. The reception staff was very helpful and attentive, responding to every need immediately. You can choose with confidence!
The hotel, with its central location and clean rooms, offered a very satisfactory experience. The attentive staff and the reasonable breakfast were also positive aspects. When I arrived, the generator was being rested after an extended period, resulting in a brief power outage. However, this was quickly resolved, and my comfort was not affected. Overall, I was satisfied...
We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was spotlessly clean, the hotel staff was hospitable, they offered us freshly brewed tea as soon as we entered the room, the breakfast was good and sufficient, the price was reasonable, it is within walking distance of places to visit in Adana, I recommend it.
The hotel is centrally located, and the staff are eager to address even the smallest concerns. You can walk to the Stone Bridge, Clock Tower, Coppersmiths' Market, and other attractions. It's a safe and family-friendly hotel.

The massage and turkis scrub were fine. But no knee support so my knees hurt. Also cash preferred. That’s 2000 in cash. Spa is in basement. Balinese women speak English and the Turkmenistani women speak Turkish.
The rooftop bar offered stunning views and great drinks.
Highly recommend this hotel. The place is very accessible to the restaurants, metro station, shops, parks and corniche. The staff are very helpful and ready to assist you especially finding the taxi outside. Very affordable hotel and its really really worth it.
The hotel is very clise to the center and to the places to eat. The rooms are not very new but clean. Good bathrooms, every time hot water, cattle, teas, caffee and hot water in the room. Wonderful breakfast, very nice, helping, supportive and polite personal.
Came here for hamum and massage and was not disappointed. 2 hour spa experience with a thorough deep tissue massage by Rosa. She is amazing and I highly recommend especially for the price. Great experience, highly recommend!
Seems like an old hotel that really needs updating and upgrading. Couldn't connect to the wifi. Couldn't really complain as the price was quite cheap. It's in a great location with easy walking to popular city sites. Staff was great.

A modest hotel with warm staff, especially Kurmaz Bey and the hotel owner, Mr. Selcuk.
If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, this is the cheapest and safest accommodation; they offer excellent service for the price. I stayed here for an exam, and you can reach the university with a single mode of transport. The staff are friendly. If you're looking for a luxurious place, this isn't for you; luxury places are already exorbitantly expensive.
Fast wifi. Hospitality. Clean. Cheap. In the middle of the market. In the night try to stay in the hotel do not walk in to the dark streets.

The hotel is average, ok, average environment, average facilities
Suitable for business trips
I came to Adana for 10 days in a perfect location, I stayed in ibis hotel for 2 days and in 4 days at different hotels. I have been staying in the most Jura blue hotel for 3 nights and I liked it very much.
The location is very good, the service is very good, the room keeper service staff do their job very well.
Thank to all staff
In the city center, not far from the airport, next to the road, the windows are not very soundproof, the sound of passing vehicles is loud at night, parking is not convenient, the room is not bad, and the price is not expensive
The hotel facilities are a bit old, the beds are much smaller than those in China, the hygiene is OK, the breakfast is quite good, and the location is in a relatively prosperous area.

I recently stayed at Unver Hotel, and while the hotel itself is simple and modest, it offers great value for the price. It had everything we needed for a basic and comfortable stay, and it’s definitely good enough for budget travelers.

I had some reservations after reading the reviews. But it wasn't at all like what the reviews said. We stayed very safely. The rooms were warm, clean, and the service was friendly. It will be the only place we stay as a family on our next trip to Adana. Thank you for everything, as a family.
The hotel is in a good location, the staff is attentive, the boutique family hotel is trouble-free except for the rooms needing a little maintenance, the price is high compared to other brand hotels.
A clean hotel in the city center with reasonable prices. Friendly staff, plenty of variety for breakfast. Thank you for your attention and care.
A modest hotel. Preferable. Everything was good except breakfast. Breakfast was a little poor.

A budget-friendly, spotlessly clean boutique hotel including breakfast. We came from Kocaeli to Adana for a two-day trip, and since we'd be out all day, we just wanted a clean and affordable place to stay. The breakfast was a bonus. I had a very good stay at this hotel. Most of the aspects were very good - quite spacious room, comfy bed with choice of pillows, nice choice of amenities in the bathroom. Breakfest was also very good, with choice of cold foods and eggs prepared per your wish. The only minus - the entire hotel, like interior, furniture, etc, looks somewhat dated and worn out. All in all - very good experience.
Definitely best hotel in adana, low prices and high services quality. Everywhere is near. 100/100
Great hotel with very full breakfast.
Nice view and close to downtown of Adana
Very friendly staff, but they don't speak English. Rooms are not soundproof and the street is quite busy with noise from car traffic
The location of this hotel is somehow strategic, between Beyazevler, torgut ozal and baraj yolu. The service is good. However, compared to the prices and other alternatives, you may find something else especially around the lack.
