I liked the location of the hotel . I didnt like service.

Peace be upon you. I stayed at the Adana Pınar Elite Hotel for two nights. Everything was excellent. They took excellent care of their guests and answered every question with a smile. If I ever return to Adana, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Centrally located hotel with well-trained and well-staffed staff. The hotel staff is well-trained, with a positive and constructive approach. Room cleanliness is decent, but hygiene is lacking. For solo travelers, its budget-friendly and central location make it a good choice.

The place was nice. We just passed through so we didn't stay long which was ideal. Rooms were clean and basic and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good stop over hotel.

The room was not bad. There is an air conditioning, a safe and a cheap minibar but the bed was not comfortable. Also the breakfast was good. However, the location of the Hotel is realy bad. It is not far from the city center but there is nothing around hotel and, in my opinion, the streets look dangerous.

Location is really good. Many spots can be reached by walking. Restaurant close to hotel, Onur Döner is really good. Unfortunately, own parking area is limited.

They over few parking space, make sure you call in advance to reserve the spot. The room on the 1st floor ( second floor actually) are non-smoking rooms. We requested upon arrival and they change the room to non smoking for us. The staffs/ concierges are very professional and giving you immediate response when asking. Sound proofing can be better.

The rooms are clean but unfortunately the air conditioning doesn’t work so great so it was really warm in the rooms. However, the view is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully! The staff is really helpful and friendly, and while we were eating breakfast we were presented with a complimentary pan of scrambled eggs from the chef!!

Adana hotel stay Parking was difficult as there isn’t any. The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. The door to the room was very hard to open and much force was required. The room was not 100% cleaned,there was toilet paper and old slippers under the bed .There was no sheet on the bed just a blanket.

Seems like an old hotel that really needs updating and upgrading. Couldn't connect to the wifi. Couldn't really complain as the price was quite cheap. It's in a great location with easy walking to popular city sites. Staff was great.

I stayed here for an exam, and you can reach the university with a single mode of transport. The staff are friendly. We were pleased with the friendly staff and their help with early check-in. There was only a little problem with the hot water and pressure for the shower. The rooms were clean. Don't expect too much for breakfast, but it's an advantage to have it.

First of all, they are very helpful, owner Mert is a very kind guy, There is a guy at reception, Veysel, find him, the most helpful and kind receptionist er have ever met. The most advantageous part is the location.

U.S. family traveling all around Turkey and stopped here for one night. Was very pleased with the service upon arrival. Rooms were clean and quiet. WiFi was excellent. And most importantly the shower had great pressure. Perhaps the best we have come across in Turkey. Breakfast was good and plenty. Overall very pleased with this stay.

When I wanted to check in, they said they couldn't let me in before 14:00 and that if I canceled the reservation and made the payment (for reservations with no cancellation policy), I could get in earlier than 14:00. This practice creates a bit of a gray area. Other than that, the rooms are clean and air-conditioned, the breakfast room is large and spacious... and you also have to return your room...

I made a reservation for 3 days but I had an urgent job and couldn't go. I asked them to take the 1-day surcharge and pay the 2-day fee even though I didn't stay at all. They didn't do it. They gave me a paper to stay for 2 days later. If anyone wants to stay, I can help them with the paper. 2 nights stay is 1000 TL.

There was no refrigerator Cleaning should be a little more careful breakfast was poor.

Nice place with excellent staff. Nice hotel with very gentle caring staff - both in reception, cleaning and especially in breakfast restaurant. Different local cheses and sausage, eggs in different form. Everything worked smoothly - also the room upgrade I had upon arrival (as there were a better room available than first booked).
