The hotel provided a great experience with excellent service and a friendly, welcoming staff. The breakfast area had a beautiful view, and the self-service breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of items.

The rooms were decent, and although we encountered some issues, the staff was responsive and resolved them promptly. The only downside was the lighting in both the room and the bathroom, which was a bit dim. Improving this would enhance the overall comfort.

Despite this minor issue, everything else was great, and the staff’s hospitality made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms. Bad sound isolation. Friendly people. Rooftop breakfast room with great view. I suggest it for the stays on the northern side of city. Good price performance ratio.

The rooms are clean but unfortunately the air conditioning doesn’t work so great so it was really warm in the rooms. However, the view is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully! The staff is really helpful and friendly, and while we were eating breakfast we were presented with a complimentary pan of scrambled eggs from the chef!!

Adana hotel stay
Parking was difficult as there isn’t any. The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. The door to the room was very hard to open and much force was required. The room was not 100% cleaned,there was toilet paper and old slippers under the bed .There was no sheet on the bed just a blanket.

If it is clean, I would give this condition a 4-2.5
The staff is very attentive, the terrace lake view is perfect, the breakfast is ***meat enough, the interior and exterior design of the hotel is very nice but the sheets are torn and smelly, I guess no one has seen the air conditioning filters since they were installed, be prepared for a serious dry throat, the room smells of mold and cigarettes, there were dried nuts on the floor from whom and when, there were hairs on the pillow, probably their understanding of cleanliness is just airing the room

Breakfast is amazing
We really enjoyed this place. It was really okay and everything was good. I couldn’t find any fault. The views are beautiful. Their breakfast is on the top of the roof. Beautiful view very clean too many options for breakfast. Very friendly service. I Cannot recommend enough

The service, cleanliness and location are very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the olive salad at breakfast was incredibly good. Air conditioners work fine. We went as a family and were satisfied. We thank Mr. Mustafa.

worse experience i ever seen. The room was so dirty, lights cutting, at late night you can hear neighbors voices of girls ***, someones snoring and literally like you are living with your neighbors. Very low level quality hotel. the receptionist don’t allow if you buy from outside and want to carry your room they wanting to force all to buy from them restaurant. also very disrespectful. I never go back again. Very disappointed

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed 10 days here while visiting family. Great location, amazing staff, and very professional management. Rooms are clean and have a lot of space. Definitely recommend lake view room. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant has fantastic views. Definitely would stay again.
