First of all, they are very helpful, owner Mert is a very kind guy, There is a guy at reception, Veysel, find him, the most helpful and kind receptionist er have ever met. The most advantageous part is the location.

This hotel is a health hazard, with ***** hair
This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever sat foot in. The Turkish tourism board must have been bribed to give this hotel a license to operate. We were given the room key for 403 and went to the room to unpack before heading out. As soon as we walked in the room and saw all the hair, food waste and general dirt on the floor we knew it had not been cleared for years. Looking further at the room the bedding had large holes in it and when I looked under the sheets one of the beds has a ***** hair on the sheet. The skirting board were full of dust clumps and food pieces. The carpets were covered in stains and burn marks. You couldn’t see out the window as it was so dirty.

We went straight back to reception and told them we were checking out. When the manager asked why and we said it was because the place was so dirty, he just said ok and offered no further conversation, apology or anything. As we prepaid for this hotel there was no chance of a refund

I stayed here on a business trip. It was a very neglected, old hotel. The cleanliness wasn't great, but the staff was very attentive. Would I stay there again? No. I think branded hotels should be preferred in Adana. Unfortunately, these types of city hotels don't deserve good ratings.

Staff speake some english but not that much. they were friendly and helpful anyway. There is some dust in my room . It could be cleaner but its ok.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Adana. The staff are very friendly and some speak little English. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. Very cozy atmosphere

The rooms are big but some of the furnitures are worn out or broken. The beds are comfortable and big enough. Most of the staff was kind and helpful but there was one man at the reception who was rude and arrogant.
