Hello, first of all I wish you success. thank you for the good treatment. The reception staff were very kind and were listening and serving.
In general, this hotel does not fit into a 3 star hotel. It's just a dormitory.. It does not fit at all with the price paid at 1,500 liras per night. I was planning to stay a week, but I couldn't bear it for more than two days, so I changed the place!
In terms of cleanliness, the situation was very bad. The room smelled bad, the shower was disgusting and not suitable for bathing, the bedding was old and had a bad smell. You can find the rest in the attached pictures.

Starting from rooms,it looks fair but their Beth room are terrible,fridge won't cool enough.service are also not proper most of time nobody responds from reception,the food they give is the food they cook for their employees and it has no taste in it,If you put Don't disturb on your door they don't care,generally there is no order and they are not on time people's,they always have excuses,I don't recommend it.

- There were no hangers in the wardrobe when I arrived but they were provided quickly when I asked for some. The shower was not very powerful.

The hotel is well located and the staff was nice and helped us park among the chaotic Adana traffic. All was great, except the bed of the double room which was too small.

Beds are clean with new sheets and covers! Great cheap place to catch sleep at night! A.C works Pretty well-important in Adana weather.
Pretty prime location so adds convenience to visiting landmarks of Adana or catching bus!
Open buffet Breakfast is included-one of the perks! You can save money on breakfast since it is added in price of hotel! And breakfast had a little variety so liked it!
Also, due to its location, it is near to all important restaurants so having dinner and Lunch are easy!
The receptionist guy tried to fool me though!
He said 200Tl per night but online it was 170! So better to book online or just show him the ad-if he refuses on same price as online, just use online service!
Also, better check prices before coming!
Other than that, the room floor was dirty and washroom could be cleaner!
Wifi was pretty slow so had to get data!
Overall, pretty good place for low price.
