Although the guest room could use some updating, especially the bathroom, which would benefit from a bit of renovation. This hotel Gym has more equipment than most commercial gym but need clean & organized.

First time staying here. Great atmosphere and very well located in case you need to go some hot-spots of the city, kind of like 15-20 min away everywhere. Front desk personnel check you all the time and make sure that you have what you need. Housekeeping lady is also amazing and helpful. We will be back for sure when we are in the city next year. This hotel is in a fantastic location, far superior to other options nearby. Being right by the river makes for a really pleasant environment.

We were given a complimentary coffee on arrival which was lovely and enjoyed our stay at the Adana HiltonSA. We had a slightly noisy fridge that wasn't really very cold, but everything else was good. A decent hotel at a great location. The rooms are clean and comfy. As for the service, it was okay. Could have been better, to be honest.

The pictures of the toilet published online are not accurate. Some parts of the hotel are underconstruction. The pool is very good. All reception stuff don't speak english, it was very hard to communicate.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, with many places to eat around and a bar street at night. The room was clean and comfortable, but I think the price/performance ratio is not good enough. There are no other good new hotels to choose from in this city.

We booked 2 rooms in late October. One was for my mother in law one for us. And receptionist gave room with view and balcony (with dj party and city view) while we had room with simple view and without balcony. Old woman couldn’t sleep because of noice and we were bored. 😂

Lovely place to stay at. One of the staff really tried to sell the higher priced rooms by saying they dont have those rooms available, so we booked it on booking for lower price. And then he was forced to give us the as it was available. That was a bit annoying but the next morning when I wanted to extend, the other staff was very helpful and gave us even cheaper.

Well-equipped facilities, close to major transportation routes

Room is clean n tidy. Location is good. Staff are friendly. Within walking distance, you can reach all the important historical points, restaurants, coffee shops n shopping mall.

The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. For short term stays really nice hotel. Remember its a budget hotel. Food and drinks are nice. Also breakfast is really good.

The standard of the chain hotel will not exceed too much expectations, but it is the best choice among the few in the whole town. It is 30 minutes from the airport, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also OK. The room is relatively small

Staff is always helpful. Breakfast is great with all kind of Turkish breakfast traditions; cheese, olive, pastry, omlette, black tea, coffee, vegetables, fruits, sweets and anything you want. Car Parking is always available. Roof Restaurant has a nice view with good food. It is a nice plaxe to stay.

In general it was a positive expirience but is nit a real 4 stars hotel... For breakfast there us not alternative, is a standard Turkish breakfast, even coffee i couldn't have in the morning. The only solution is to get one from Starbucks coffee corner on the reception level. The room smeels like a smooker room even if it wasn't. It is well located near the lake and the shopping boulevard.

It is located close to the airport, so it was easy to check in. There is a theater and a large shopping mall in front of the hotel. The downside is that it is located on the outskirts of the city, so it is a bit difficult to access the city center.

Ok, recommandable. The breakfast is a delicious buffet, with a panoramic view on a terrasse. There were no cold water. We waited 1 hour for showering. When it came, the water was brown for a moment. There were not enough bed sheets for 4 adults. There was a smell of smoke cigarette in the bathroom. The lobby smell good and is clean.

The rooms are clean but unfortunately the air conditioning doesn’t work so great so it was really warm in the rooms. However, the view is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully! Adana hotel stay Parking was difficult as there isn’t any. The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. The door to the room was very hard to open and much force was required. The room was not 100% cleaned,there was toilet paper and old slippers under the bed .There was no sheet on the bed just a blanket.
