The hotel is not as it appears online, but the standard rooms are tiny. When we first arrived, there was filthy dust on the floor. There were stains on the towels, not even a place to hang a toilet paper; the toilet brush was hung on its own. It had a nice view of the sea, but it was far from the sea. Since the hotel is in a castle, walking distance is out of the question; it's incredibly steep. The sea is a car ride away. The beach is their own private car, at least 10 minutes away. You also have to walk up and down a long flight of stairs to get to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. The second night, our air conditioner leaked water, and they moved us to another room, but it didn't work for a while, pushing our bedtime back by almost an hour and a half. The towels were also stained. The day we were supposed to check out, the cleaning lady had a terrible attitude, talking about "she's waiting upstairs," as if to say, "come on." The red-haired woman serving in the dining area was sullen and inconsiderate. Her look was very disturbing, as if she were ready to fight. The kitchen chef was very sweet, and the other lady serving breakfast was very cheerful. The hotel owners were actually very sweet people, especially Mr. Hamza. In short, unfortunately, it's not what it seems. The price could have been better.

We had a horrible experience. Nobody was available for help.
