It's a really good hotel and a very good team in this hotel I'm really coming back to this hotel. The quality of the food here is excellent.

Very hilly steep climb from reception to restaurants and pools. Also big climb from beach back. Shuttle bus should operate all time but doesn’t. Mainly lovely staff. If you want to go anywhere it’s a taxi ride quite expensive. Parts of hotel ready for an upgrade. Alanya is amazing!

The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. Hotel in beautiful place, the views are breathtaking, pools are nice, but there the advantages are ending. The food is not very delicious and it’s easy to get poisoned, I heard that kitchen stuff do that on purpose and they give unfresh food, the personel don’t understand English they only can talk in Turkish and a little Russian. My parents stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in September and they really enjoyed their stay. They appreciated the quality and variety of the food. NEVER AGAIN! The cups and plates were not at all clean There’s a market very cheap and nice lady! There’s an entertainment at 9 o’clock till 11 The room was terrible for the price! My room number was 2308 floor 2 and it was disgusting and I got scammed for the activity’s .aqua park/dolphins/diving all a joke / there NOT kid friendly the pool and sea was probably the best part of the trip

We arrived at 1am and there was an issue with our booking from love holidays but the staff were kind and gave us a room till the issue was sorted. We were given room on the 4th floor and it was decent. I was worried after reading all the reviews. The food is okay they change few things from the menu but it does get boring. I give the hotel a high rating, despite the fact that it is quite modest. We stayed for a week in a standard room with a terrace and a view of the pool. In the room there was water, shampoo and soap, towels, air conditioning, a mini fridge and an old TV, which we did not use. dejlig stor pool og børnepool. flot hotelområde, som var indhegnet og med vagt på hele døgnet. beliggende i første række ned til god grovkornet strand med private liggestole og parasoller, som var gratis. all inclusive hotel med god buffet med en masse grøntsager. god størrelse værelser, nogle med både 2 og 3 senge. alle værelser med altan.

We spent wonderfull week in Hotel Riviera. (Two adults and two teenager girls) Good things: * Location was Great! Stayed here 25 - 27/02 -25 Perfect accommodation for those who want to live near the sea for a week or two when the heat returns. Also suitable as a transit hotel for 1 - 2 nights during the off-season. Prons: Well-cleaned rooms. Cozy little room with a couch and balcony. Close to the sea. Pools. Close to shopping street with many restaurants. Cons: Breakfast not worth the money.

What a great hotel and spa. We went half board and it was plenty with breakfast and dinner as there is loads of restaurants and bars around. We really enjoyed our stay at the Mesut Hotel – it was even better than expected. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. One small suggestion would be to provide a room or shower for guests on their departure day. Overall, highly recommended!
