Before entering, I asked clearly if the hammam would be for women only, and they promised it would be during my session. But while I was relaxing inside, a man entered. It was completely unacceptable.
We agreed on a hammam with foam massage and body oil massage, a total of 1.5 hours, and I paid as agreed. Instead, I got 5–10 minutes in the sauna, a quick oil massage, and only 5 minutes in the hammam — while a man was inside. I felt very uncomfortable, and then they sent me back to the sauna.
I didn’t even get the hammam experience I paid for. The place is dirty, unprofessional, and unhygienic — staff smoke and eat inside, and there was even underwear drying in the sauna.
They barely speak English, and when it benefits them, they pretend not to understand.
They are scammers! It was a total waste of time and money.
We decided to try the steam bath instead, which was just okay. The masseuses were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. The hammam was mediocre at best. The whole experience lacked seriousness. I do not recommend this spa and hammam; there are far better and more professional options available elsewhere in Antalya. Consider trying some of the five-star hotels and spas, as the price we paid was the same.
