Everything was good, but not in winter. There was nothing to do at the hotel. You have to try it in high season.

Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more

The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented

Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me

The food was good with a decent variety, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests

In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests

The experience at Kremlin palace has been wonderful. From the start, the welcoming of refreshments at the entrance was a nice surprise. We have eaten numerous ala carte restaurants, and they were all excellent

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

We were very lucky to have our room upgraded and it was superb! The cleaning staff were brilliant and the rooms were cleaned/bedding changed/minibar restocked daily

Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

While returning home, you feel that you are bringing back not just a piece of sunshine, but also memories of meeting wonderful, kind-hearted people. I think we might have to come back again

Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel. The choice of food throughout our stay was fantastic. Huge selection of cheese and olives

The powerful shower always gives a great star to the day. The cleaning staff always did a good job making up the room and changing the towels etc

No one cares if I ask for more food (like others saying that the staff serving at restaurant is rude) - very beautiful and spacious lobby - good drinks, cocktails at the bar - friendly staff - cleaning was made every day - very close to airport and antalya shops Minuses: - the pool water was cold! - in kids pool the water was even colder - sometimes the animators speak only German and Turkish

We had a nice stay at Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with great food, drinks, and service throughout our stay

A special mention goes to Metin from room service, who provided truly fantastic service and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and our room was decorated for my son’s birthday

One of the best resort hotels in Turkey. Very close to the airport and on the beach. Great amenities and staff is very friendly. You have everything from food, drinks, pools and kids entertainment. Highly recommended.

Alena in the Mini Club was absolutely brilliant, she also organised a wonderful birthday event for our son, which made his day so special and memorable

Great choice of good food,room big,comfortable and clean. In a quieter area on the outskirts of Lara area,nowhere to walk outside as it’s a main road,no shops etc

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience at Trendy Lara during our 3-night stay. We stayed in a king room with a balcony overlooking pools

That was the second visit to the resort in 1 year. Everything was perfect, food, staff, room, and facilities. For sure, again next year.

2nd night was for managers of the company a bit less busier on that night. I think trendy Lara management should’ve curtailed a separate area for the conference people,but they’ve paid like the holidaymakers I guess

In general we all felt well cared, respected and we could totally focus on having fun and resting without any troubles or issues. Well done, keep up the good work!

Beautiful hotel! Massive! Food, always lots to chose from, there will be something that everyone likes. The restaurant near the beach is great and sp is the little food hall

Our bed was really really comfortable, the room was being cleaned daily and a change of towels everyday, the cleaners were really friendly too and did a very good job

Our room was lovely it had a mini fridge, tv, safe, coffee making facilities, a power shower, we loved it also it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and slippers , no iron or clothes steamer, but we were ok

Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like! Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable! I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised! Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

Excellent stay Really great stay. Service is excellent, food is varied and plentiful with ice cream wadfle bar available during the day and a la carte lunch restaurants included for lunch

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility

And the best part is its all inclusive so plenty of food and drinks through out. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples 👍 will deo return if i come antalya again

The food is out of this world and every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out for the best experience for the guest. The room was huge and beautiful and had the most amazing views from the balcony

We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days

Hello, A very brief review of the “Delphin Palace” hotel. Let me start by saying that this is our 6th stay at hotels of this chain. After the renovation, the hotel has indeed changed a lot both inside and out

Best hotel in Lara. We were in Lara in Magic Life, Sherwood and Royal Holiday Parace, but this one is the best by far. People are soooo friendly, food is great, everything is top

Delphin Palace is for now best hotel in Turkey, we planing to come back next year. There is no beter service then Delphin chain of hotels. New Serenity area is great.

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

We come every year one day to celebrate our Anniversary because we met here the first time amd fell in love. It was bad last year but now got better. The reception staff is still unfriendly and rude in some cases

The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast

Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors

The honeymoon package also included two services: first, a free cocktail for each of us at the bar, which was good. Second, a complimentary 20-minute massage for each person

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth

Be quick to reserve the dinner restaurants though as they get booked up straightaway. Turkish bath is a lovely experience at the spa. Also great peacenn be of mind knowing there is a doctor onsite 24/7

We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious

There is a special wheelchair on the beach with wide wheels. We used all of them The guests are very different - from babies to pensioners. To communicate with the staff, you need English, although some speak Russian

there is a very active program during the day and in the evening. There was a very good wellness sport area and manly lessons

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

The reception staff were not welcoming or approachable and didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. We did speak to public relations who were much more helpful and couldn’t do enough for us

The gluten free bread was difficult to get every morning and almost inedible and I gave up asking. The hotel is tired in places but we heard there was some work to be undertaken over the winter

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too

Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains

Aside from the outdated rooms, I believe the location and views are the best in the area. The hotel's three meals a day were the best I had during my half-month stay in Turkey.

What made it so special was the wonderful combination of three key things: First, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, which created a very positive atmosphere

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

It has been great for me to stay here. I stayed for just one night for the type of all-inclusive. I also enjoyed inner swimming pool and Turkish hamam(bath)

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was lucky to have my room upgraded, not sure why, but we ended up with a room on the 9th floor and it was fantasic

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

The hotel is small so good for people with mobility issues and/or smaller kids. We had a great room on the 10th floor with an amazing view from the balcony

The kids’ animation team kept my child entertained, and the evening program was enjoyable. While the Turkish show was decent, I expected some improvement. On the other hand, the Mongolian show exceeded expectations
