The Greenwood Hotel was generally good overall, as was its staff. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cocktails weren't particularly good. More dessert options would have been appreciated. The furniture in the room was quite worn. The bath towels had holes. Cleanliness in some areas left something to be desired. It's a solid 3.5/5. Overall, decent for a short family stay.

The room is Huge, the cocktails are good, the aquapark is great, the food was good. Entertainment in the evening fantastic! We only didn't like the beach, the food was bad and the bar as well. And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around.

The hotel was stunning the pool was the biggest I have ever seen the only thing that let it down was the pool not being heated so was just way to cold to use such a shame ! The cleaning lady was just so lovely and my suite with hot tub was stunning

Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression. Not sure it's worth £90 a night but everything is extortionate in Turkey.

They have a very nice atmosphere, and there were lots of amenities. The room was very nice and the staffs were diligent as well. I tried to figure out what was causing a smell from the toilet, ( guess it might just be our room) but they should check it out.

It was perfectly clean and all main kitchen properties were available and in good condition.

The room wasn't very large, but it was very clean and tidy. The location was great, very close to the beach; it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach for walks, playing, and watching the sunset. It's also close to Duden Falls. Parking was convenient, right on the street outside. The service was attentive and responsive.

Excellent apartment! Very clean! Friendly staff. The only things that could be improved are the stovetop, which doesn't show the numbers when turned on, and the very uncomfortable sofa, but these didn't spoil the stay. Good Apart Hotel. Nice room with dishes, stove, kettle, microwave... The main drawback is that the bathroom does not have a proper exhaust system (there is only a small hole to the street without a fan) and water leaks a little from the shower into the rest of the bathroom. we spent 5 days in the hotel as a family will g two young daughters. the location is excellent close to the malls, supermarkets, old city, bazaar. Staff were very kind and helpful and they speak multiple languages as Arabic and English. the receptionist especially Marwan and Abdulla were very helpful. The property owners changed the daily rate for the apartment and e-mailed us on the day that we travelled.They pushed the rate up to EUR 50 per day.My husband and I arrived at 1am . Ideal location in old town The location is absolutely great in Kaleici! It is not a five star hotel but it meets the basic demands with a low cost. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity and it's very easy to walk to the bus and tram routes and other shops on the bigger roads. Nextdoor bar might keep you awake until midnight but otherwise the area and the nearest alleys are very quiet.

Over all a very good place i reccomend to stay at. It was clean, affordable, staff was nice and helpful. You are in the center of the city center which is nice, but might get a bit noisy at some point, but thats a small price to pay compared to all of the positives.
