ONLY ONE Suites & Residences in Antalya

I stayed here for 7 days, and I swear I will come back every year! Highly recommended. The location is perfect—right in front of an amazing beach, with restaurants and pubs very close by. The view is simply breathtaking, and the cleanliness is outstanding.

Special thanks to Ms. Natalia, the best person I’ve ever met so kind and responsive. Even during checkout, she was flexible when our flight was a bit late.

The apartment itself is spacious, with comfortable furniture, a washing machine, dishwasher, everything you need, plus great security and fast Wi-Fi.

Me, my wife and baby stayed for six nights in August at this spectacular establishment. The view is amazing from the Corner View Duplex and it has two bathrooms which is a massive plus. The manager and the team were faultless and flawless with their excellent communication via WhatsApp. Honestly could not recommend highly enough and the food from Quzu is delicious, you can even have it sent to your room. Definitely we will be back again and certainly its best to book via their own website for the best deal.Thank you to all the team and especially the manager for a throughly enjoyable experience.

Needed an apartment that suited a range of demands for a family of 5 and so glad we found Only One Suites & Residences. Communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival with Natalia and Ellen was quick, reliable and reassuring. We arrived late at night and Ellen was on hand with quick responses to my messages about how to access the apartment out of hours. We stayed 7 nights in the duplex suite with amazing panoramic views and the space worked really well for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were attentive to our needs. Ellen arranged an extra bed for our sleeping arrangements and the cleaning lady emptied bins and provided fresh laundry as soon as we asked. There was a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and basic cooking facilities, so we could self cater reasonably comfortably. Breakfast was provided in Quzu and although it was mainly the same everyday it was very nice. Breakfast couldn't be provided before 10am however, so on the days we had early starts Ellen arranged for a basic evening meal in Quzu instead, which was very appreciated and it was nice to have the occasional meal out. Room service was also available and high quality transfers to and from the hotel were organised and efficient. We stayed early April and unfortunately the pool wasn't open, which was disappointing to the kids, but the weather was really good enough anyway. The restaurant had a party the first night until maybe 1am, which was reasonably loud. The location is fantastic though right on the sea front in Konyaatli so it's a busy and noisy area anyway and especially so in high season I'd guess. We'd taken ear plugs just in case as we'd heard the restaurant could be loud. We didn't really need them this time, but not a bad idea with young kids especially. Would highly recommend Only One Suites if you're after a quality apartment in Konyaalti, would definitely stay there again if we return to Antalya. Thanks Natalia, Ellen and the team. Paul.

What an amazing luck to have found this place !
We weren't sure so we booked two places divided in the trip, this was the second choice ! Lovely staff at welcome, very hospitable. Gave us the keys and instructions efficiently. We actually got an upgrade due to some issues with the room and was that an amazing upgrade ! Penthouse, duplex with 2 beds, 2 toilets, living room, 2 balconies, all the kitchen accessories, toiletries, bath robes, Slippers and so much more! The view from the balcony was to die for !!
The restaurant downstairs is an Uzbek fusion restaurant with amazing pliaf!!! This made our trip so much more awesome !! 5 Stars for all the services and totally recommended!!
