Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for their kindness. Even though it was not part of their obligation, they generously allowed us to check in early at 10 a. and provided us with two rooms

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more

The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented

Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

There is food and drinks 24hrs if you require. The decor everywhere in the hotel is very luxurious. I very highly recommend staying there. When i am next back in Antalya, I will definitely be going to the KREMLIN PALACE

The hospitality was absolutely faultless from the moment I arrived. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for while I was recovering

It's like a little village and nicely designed, and with its own private beach. Lots of swimming pools which looked great. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating

Our kids had a great time at the mini club activities, which allowed us to join the adults-only New Year’s program and truly enjoy the celebration

⸻ Incredible experience from start to finish I travelled to Turkey for an elective procedure and stayed at the Kremlin Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover

When I was bed-bound, they kindly arranged food to be brought directly to my room and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

This extends to the outdoor areas with pools that cater for literally everyone

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

While returning home, you feel that you are bringing back not just a piece of sunshine, but also memories of meeting wonderful, kind-hearted people. I think we might have to come back again

Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel. The choice of food throughout our stay was fantastic. Huge selection of cheese and olives

The powerful shower always gives a great star to the day. The cleaning staff always did a good job making up the room and changing the towels etc

Well, it's just inconvenient, considering that the food I liked is in different parts of the room, and there is a free table 50 meters away :) I don't know if this is a cost-saving measure, or like in Russia there are still covid restrictions) But no, in the future I will read reviews more carefully and choose a hotel without such joy) But overall, I have no complaints

Melissa was also fantastic friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the private beach is stunning, relaxing, and perfectly set up for a day in the sun

Avoid if you expect a 5 star boutique hotel This hotel is big at 900 rooms so the restaurant is not a tranquil place to dine but the food is plenty full and varied and tasty served from behind counters

We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would 100% recommend Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a high-quality, family-friendly, all-inclusive getaway

Great choice of good food,room big,comfortable and clean. In a quieter area on the outskirts of Lara area,nowhere to walk outside as it’s a main road,no shops etc

Resort does not have direct beach access but runs speed boat that gets you to the beach which has sunbeds and a pool bar. There is live music at pool bar after dinner. There are entertainment shows at the main arena

That was the second visit to the resort in 1 year. Everything was perfect, food, staff, room, and facilities. For sure, again next year.

Husbands birthday ve back to a bottle of red wine and fruit , lovely touch for celebrating Room smelt lovely every day. I left her a bit of my own towel art on our last day

The pools in October are cold but amazing!!! Kids splash park is fantastic. Overall the hotel is just amazing! We have loved our stay here

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean! The entertainment team were brilliant, and was great fun for our 3 year old daughter! There was plenty of things for the children to do!

Beautiful hotel! Massive! Food, always lots to chose from, there will be something that everyone likes. The restaurant near the beach is great and sp is the little food hall

Always kids entertainment on throughout the day. Kids show ar 8:30 every night. Plenty of sun loungers, you don't need to get up at stupid o'clock to reserve one

Our bed was really really comfortable, the room was being cleaned daily and a change of towels everyday, the cleaners were really friendly too and did a very good job

Our room was lovely it had a mini fridge, tv, safe, coffee making facilities, a power shower, we loved it also it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and slippers , no iron or clothes steamer, but we were ok

Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like! Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable! I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised! Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey

There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility

The staff are amazing my baby got so much attention and left with a few girlfriends lol. I would highly recommend especially for families

That is very difficult and I highly appreciate the hard work each and everyone of them puts! In the evenings there is either a theme party or live music. The entertainment team joins and it is always a blast

One of the best features of the hotel is its food - from the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a'la cart. Food options are very diverse and everything is very tasty

The à la carte Bistro Royal was delicious and interesting. Special thanks to Ayşen and Rana for the excellent service. Cleanliness in the hotel is well maintained

Even the cats there were really nice and it was inspiring to see how the hotel took care of them by feeding them and making sure they were ok. My family and I were very impressed by the hotel and very happy about it

Also, there is a number of options for those on various diets. What is more, the personnel of the hotel is very nice and always ready to help!

They would not accept my statements because it "wasn't on their computer system. Staff bring this quality down to a 1 star hotel

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless

We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days

I've stayed in many high-end, famous hotels, but I've never seen staff who are so dedicated and perform their jobs so exceptionally well

Beautiful resort, clean room, excellent amenities. All inclusive was nice expect for the extra fees for certain restaurants.

The rooms were clean and detailed and their activities were great. Pool Party or Gala / Hollywood Party or Pool Games, everything was well prepared and I enjoyed every evening

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

Check in was quick and easy, we were given a room on the first floor. It was overlooking the quiet pool and the Delphin Imperial next door

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

The hotel itself has great amenities: a big central pool, a heated indoor pool, spa lounge, a cozy lobby with evening programs, and several souvenir shops. The location is convenient about 30 minutes from the city center

I stayed at Baia Lara Hotel during the SPOTLIGHT seminar held by Miavit GmbH. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need large comfy bed, towels, toiletries, and more

Food is better, the new additions in the food court near the pool are nice and the grounds look fabulous

We celebrated a 22nd birthday here in the hotel and what can I say the staff went out the way delivering a cake up to the room with a card and decorating a table for dinner with balloons and getting everyone to sing happy birthday

The entertainment here at the hotel is amazing there is something for everyone , starting from darts to water gym. The staff is so friendly and always wants you to have the best holiday

We have been coming to the same hotel for 12 years with my family. What can I say this hotel is it’s amazing

The ocean views were absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts five swimming pools, and you can even take an elevator directly down to the beach for snorkeling

We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were incredibly generous – so much so that we couldn't even finish it all, which meant we ended up skipping lunch because breakfast was so filling! I found the restaurant staff to be very warm and friendly

The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast

Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors

As a honeymoon special, we received complimentary strawberries and a bottle of sparkling wine 🍾, which was a nice touch. The quality of the water provided was also good – two large glass bottles

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth

We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious

The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation

Amazing place! The staff are on a next level, if it's possible then anything is done to make your stay better. The food is some of the best I've ever eaten at an all inclusive resort

More about the disabled: in the restaurant, on the beach and in the pool there are places marked with a wheelchair icon. You can take them, but no one forbids you to use any other

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

There is a special wheelchair on the beach with wide wheels. We used all of them The guests are very different - from babies to pensioners. To communicate with the staff, you need English, although some speak Russian

I know this is out of the control of workers but, it is super crowded even though we did only come in June. This inevitably does reduce the amount of level of customer service slightly due to large numbers of people

There were separate ones: for vegans, with pickles, with cheeses, with spices, with jams, as well as with national cuisine, some region of Turkey. For 6 days, we never ate the same thing twice

The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary

Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much

One of the highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, Turkey’s own version of Disneyland

Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains

The spa is excellent, with outstanding massages, and the gym is fully equipped. The pool area is attractive, and the food is generally quite good. Having lunch by the pool is especially enjoyable

It has been great for me to stay here. I stayed for just one night for the type of all-inclusive. I also enjoyed inner swimming pool and Turkish hamam(bath)

I came back here for the second time and everything was as good as it was the first time. The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach is clean and there are enough sun loungers. The food was delicious and varied
