Deniz Boutique Hotel in Antalya

I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating, of course the location is perfect but for the same price we could have get much more. The room was okay and sufficient for a short stay. However, the shower area was really tiny, especially for a tall person — he could barely turn around.

Breakfast was served from 8 to 11 a.m. in a café across the street. We had to wait about 20 minutes, and we could not choose what to eat, some guests may have allergies, dietary restrictions, health reasons, religious reasons, or simply personal preferences.. The breakfast looked nice and was fresh , but it was not filling, and drinks were not included, no tea, no coffee, probably we should have drink in our room from the pockets. The statement that the hotel prefers quality and freshness over a buffet does not really make sense if guests have to drink tea or coffee from sachets in their room before or after breakfast.

The next morning, we had to be at the airport by 9 a.m., so we thought (as we waited 20mins for one boiled egg) would not have had enough time to eat breakfast. The receptionist told us that breakfast could be prepared to take away for this evening or next morning, but when we met another staff member in the morning, he knew nothing about it. From a guest’s perspective, if we are told by reception that breakfast can be prepared to take away, we naturally expect this information to be communicated internally well. If this option was not actually available, it would have been better to tell us, so we could have bought something ourselves in advance, before 6 hours flight
