Pukka Boutique Hotel in Antalya

I dont know who gives this positiv comments but I have never been in a worse hotel in my life. The employees know neither English nor German. We have insekts in the room all the time. Room smells of cigarets. Cleanliness 2/10. Breakfast 1/10. They have no spare blankets, towels. Within the hotel, there is a restaurant on the second floor where the workers clean until 2 a.m. every night and make so much noise that it is impossible to sleep. After several complaints at the reception, we received an answer that they could not do anything. We paid for 19 nights, of which we spent 13 in the hotel and after unbearable noise we checked out at 2 in the morning. After that come the manager of restaurant and give us 2 Dinner as an apology. Very bad, very unprofessional, after this holiday I need 1 week more at home because this time in the hotel was just stress.
