Well what can I say big huge thank you to SUNER from Nfk you were amazing and your kindness and personality speaks for itself very helpful and brilliant hotel if you want peace and quiet and bedrooms and beds very comfy loved my stay at this hotel so much so I be bk soon you will continue to be busy because what’s important to people going on holiday is a friendly welcome face I have been to fancy hotels and there attude is not good but in this hotel everyone was amazing and the man who was doing the cleaning was nice too thank you so much to you and your staff for my lovely stay see you soon 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, location very close to the sea, literally 7 minutes away. Breakfasts, which are included in the price, are very filling. The room is cozy, the air conditioner works great, it won't be hot, the only thing is that the refrigerator/mini bar is a bit weak, it takes a long time to cool the contents. Otherwise, everything was fine, thank you.

The hotel impresses with its excellent location – close to the beach, which makes the stay particularly pleasant (5/5). The cleanliness is also very good overall, although minor details could be improved (4/5). The service deserves special praise: The staff is always friendly, competent, and professional; there is absolutely nothing to complain about here (5/5). The amenities are modern and comfortable, offering everything you need, but could be expanded a bit to perfectly round out the stay (4/5).

The hotel is located 5 minutes from a good beach with small pebbles, there is a store and many cafes and restaurants nearby. We checked in quickly, the staff is pleasant, especially the girl Leila helped us, she speaks Russian, she is very friendly, smiling, just a smart girl. As for cleaning, until you hang a sign on the door to clean, they will not clean. The same with towels. But the cleaning is good, the linen smelled wonderful. The room itself is average, the balcony is French, i.e. there is none). The water in the shower is great, it was always hot. The pool is clean, open from 9:00 to 21:00. Breakfasts are continental, but the same every day (greens, tomato, cucumber, pepper, olives, two pieces of sausage and cheese, egg, bread, butter, jam, honey), it seems to have everything, but the monotony gets boring. Tea, watermelon. There is a separate menu for alcoholic drinks that you can drink by the pool, you can't bring your own. Special thanks to the manager, he always gives advice, helps, and is friendly.

Value for money, cleaning and linen change every day. Breakfast is tasty, monotonous, but complete.

I enjoyed my journey in this hotel. It is very well located, only 5 min of waking to arrive to the koonyalti beach and 2 min walking to take the bus to wherever you want.
The rooms are clean with all accommodations. However, we have a problem with their mini bars. They do not work very well, so we can not keep our drinks cold. if you need any other things you can ask the staff.
The breakfast is good, it's not so famous not 5 stars for sure, but personally, it suits me and it was enough.
Regarding the team, Ali, Irhat and Michael make you feel like you are a family, they helped me whenever I asked. Ali and Irhat talk in English, it was so easy to communicate with them.
But....I think some other people in the hotel need to smile more to the client 😑 and should not be rude. We come there to enjoy the culture.
In general, I can say that the hotel is very safe, no noise, respected, the swimming pool is small but nice 👍 and we can have fun in the hotel private beach called 20 😁
I really recommande the hotel and I hope they can improve it to better.
